I had never heard of this brand before, but the quality has been a very pleasant surprise. I bought this thermos carafe because I don't like my coffee to be kept warm on my coffeemaker. It loses flavor. As instructed, I keep a little hot water in the carafe, which I discard just before pouring in my freshly brewed coffee. It stays perfectly hot all day. I also like the design of the carafe and the lid, which is easy to use. The mouth of the carafe is wide enough to reach in and clean the inside by hand. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Its very easy to pour without spilling. The color is nice but will get ruined with the dishwasher so hand wash it. The quality is amazing for the price. Coffee stays hot for over 6 hours! And it looks small but actually fits a large amount.

Keeps coffee hot for a long time. Good design - easy to handle and use; wide mouth makes it easy to clean; rubber base provides non-slip on a smooth countertop. Well made - very good construction.

This Gint Coffee Carafe is a really cute pot! I find the color closer to a steel grey, though it depends on the lighting. The coloring has almost an ombre affect. The silicone bottom is a nice touch and the pinch open lid is great and it can be secured with one hand. The 1" wide handle has a comfortable fit for my hand & is approximately 5/8" thick, which I will appreciate when my hand arthritis acts up. The carafe stayed cool to the touch and when tilted without pressing down on the lid tab, no water dripped out. I still need to test how well the temperature keeps, so I'll update that later. However as nicely made as this carafe is I don't expect any issues.**Some other reviews mentioned splatters. So, before you pour your hot drink, press down on the lid tab and this will release any pressure there may be, so that you won't have hot liquids splattering.**I purchased this item to replace the carafe of my failed Melitta pour over coffee maker. The inside 2.5" diameter of the Gint Coffee Carafe was a little too small for the Melitta #4 coffee filter holder I had. So I ground down the plastic Y shaped legs of the filter holder. *(along the inside of each leg nearest to the lip, I ground until each was fairly straight & no longer flared out. Testing the fit often.)Now it's a really nice fit!

It keeps coffee hot I believe better than a green metal Stanley thermos.......I haven't done any scientific tests..but have used both a lot. I have two of those Stanleys including an old made in USA one. The Gint lid is replaceable unlike many thermal lids. The Gint lid has a few moving parts and springs. I've dropped it more than once, having the parts scatter. The upside is none of the parts broke and I was able to figure out how to reassemble it (not rocket science) and it worked like new when done. My unit will leak a little if it's upside down, but it hasn't been an issue. I won't take off any points in my rating over this. I savor my coffee each day over a few hours this keeps it warm and fresh....

This works great for my mom due to her dementia, she doesn’t have to remember not to put the coffee pot in the microwave. This keeps the coffee hot and doesn’t fit in the microwave.

Broke the old coffee carafe, needed a new one; compared products on Amazon; punched the ticket for this one. It's a good thermos. Wide base for stability, easy to pour, simple and good. Good price. A success.

We make our pour over coffee straight in the carafe now. So much easier. Keeps the coffee hot enough for long enough. The cap is a good design, much better than Thermos brand because it’s easier to put on and off. Only thing I would change is making the mouth a little bit wider so the coffee cone sits better on it.

Ich habe eine neue Kanne gesucht, weil ich das ewige kleckern beim eingießen satt hatte. Meine Kaffeemaschine verfügt leider nur über eine Glaskanne. Nach dem Brühen muss also immer in eine Isolierkanne umgefüllt werden.Von dieser Kanne bin ich begeistert. Sie verfügt über ein großes Fassungsvermögen, kleckert und tropft nicht, lässt sich gut reinigen und sieht auch noch gut aus.

I was getting fed up of constantly boiling the kettle and decided to purchase a carafe. After looking at so many and reading the reviews of this and others bought this one. So glad I did 🙃. It keeps the water at a great temperature for a good few hours, which is plenty in our house. We probably fill it twice a day to make enough hot drinks for the two of us. Easy to clean and de scale and no leaks from the lid. I have recommended it to so many friends who are currently working from home ☕.✔️ By far my best purchase of 2020, never thought I'd say that about a posher looking flask ✔️
