how long do you marinate split chicken leg quarters ?

I use it mainly for Pernil. But since it's citrus-based it will cook/ tenderize anything you use it on. If I was to use it on chicken I would say maybe marinate like 2 hours or so so get good flavore. The longer you marinate the more flavore you impart... Have fun! Happy cooking!!
