Not too bad. I don't know about the rainbow stuff; they looked like regular radish sprouts to me. They tasted pretty good, were not hard to grow and you get a lot for the money.

I have been experimenting with growing microgreens on a mat. These seeds sprouted in 2 - 3 days, the germination rate was good and they were pretty tasty. I cut them all at the same time and then stored in the refrigerator. The instructions say to use "breathable plastic" so I used my veggie container from Tupperware with the slider tab for letting in air. They started looking a little wilty after a couple of days so I ate them all in a big salad. I will try a different storage container next time. The seeds however were great quality and I liked everything about them. They're the best ones I've tried to date. I love that they are organic.

These have a nice, mild spicy flavor, very good crunchy texture, and are just about foolproof to grow. I’ve forgotten them during he “dark” growing period and they recover and rally just fine. They keep well for a week in the jar I grew them in in the refrigerator (i keep them over the bowl at an angle with a little water to keep them humid.). I will order again. Great in salads and on sandwiches.
