Needs to be reengineered for two reasons.1. Bought two; one for husband and one for me. If you want to keep your Achilles tendon from being bruised or scraping the skin off the back of your ankle/heel, I'd suggest another chair. The legs are metal, come out over the wheels in a sharp, abrupt, slightly downward sloping edge and clip my husband's and my heels EVERY SINGLE TIME we move in toward our desks. Painful. Ever been hit in the heel with a grocery cart? Yeah, kinda like that but sharp.2. The arm rests aren't engineered for normal human arms. At 5'5 and 5'10 neither of us can rest our arms on the armrests. We have to slouch way over or lean to the side to the point of a back ache. They are literally several inches too low. I referred back to the installation instructions thinking maybe we'd put them together incorrectly but, no, they're just not made well.So now I'm out the cash and have two horrible chairs. Don't do it!

Easy to assemble. Instructions were fine and the price is good. They're not intended for big people (like me), but my kids like them. Downgraded one star for not being an adult size (at least an adult male size -- would work for my wife fine, but she's half my weight... time for a diet? probably.)

im not one to write reviews, especially bad ones but this is ridiculous. contacted the seller about the supplied parts not fitting the product. had to use our own supplies to get one chair together, the other one is just junk (actually both are junk). they sent me a return slip to return the chairs. i had to recontact them about not being able to get the one chair we managed to get together apart to put in a box to send back, the answer was we do not supply boxes for shipping. that wasnt my problem. i dont have a box big enough for the chair i cant get apart to fit in, nor do i have a vehicle big enough to put the box in to bring to ups. no response to that reply. needless to say both chairs will be thrown in the dumpster!!! do not buy this product, very cheap!!!

B/c of virtual schooling this fall, we needed desk chairs for two rooms. These were so easy to set up that my 14 y.o. did both in about 20 minutes. My 11 y.o. has no complaints and loves to sit in hers for hours while playing roblox, but I find my butt is not well-cushioned by the seat. It has very little padding and has a narrow-ish seat, so if you are an XL woman (L man), it may not be roomy enough. Back support seems fine so far after 2 weeks of use.Great for a kid, but not really for an adult who will need to spend 3-8 hours per day in it.

These are GREAT chairs. They are like the ones that my workplace got for us to replace the older chairs that were ratty and torn down from years of usage. Love the color as well. Don't listen to the reviews posted below about the woman that bought them for her and her husband, just to have the feet run into their ankles and back of their feet. Apparently they must have never sat in a rolling desk chair. I would DEFINITELY buy these chairs again and again.

Although I would not recommend this chair for all day office use it is surprisingly comfortable considering the price. There are two chairs in the shipment. I would have preferred to buy just one for about half the price. Aside from comfort, the mechanical design and the way the chairs are packaged for shipment is quite clever. The overall shipping package size would have been determined by the dimensions of the five-leg base. In this product one of the base legs is two pieces which snap together. This allowed the package to be about six inches smaller in two dimensions, reducing shipping costs.

Like I said we paid less than half the price of the same chair in other colors and they were the only 2 available in a 2 pack but they are seriously super duper bright bright almost neon white. That said yes they get dirty easily BUT they are also easy to recover with other fabric which allows me to match any décor color scheme that I want to use. Also when I recover them to wash the current cover or change it out for a different seasonal color theme cover, I can re-pad the seat bottom with fresh batting. I use fiber fill and make poufy-gushy over-stuffed extra-comfy pads to sit on since we spend a massive amount of time on the computer on line and seriously to disassemble and replace both pad and covering it only takes me a half hour to an hour depending on how ambitious I feel. WHICH MAKES GETTING THE NEON WHITE ONES AT HALF PRICE WELL WORTH IT!

Comfortable, but after some use I'm finding that the chair rocks on the pedestal. We'll take a look and see if I can tighten it, otherwise it's a little annoying.
