Better Than Expected
I initially started a return on this product. The listing states it is a OE Phillips product. That is not the case. It is an aftermarket replacement. I had tried these these replacements before with horrible results. After finding that Phillips no longer manufactured this model head I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Previous replacement were poorly manufactured and did not function properly at all. This unit (beware of the actual supplier) worked as well as the OE part.

Yup, this is the one.
I initially ordered a set that included a set of screens and blades for a range of Phillips model numbers that included mine but it wasn’t correct and I returned it (thank you, Amazon). This one is the complete snap-off set of three blades and cutters preinstalled in a frame. The frame snapped right in and the shaver cuts like new again. Smoother, quieter, closer, and gentler than my worn out set.

Either counterfeit or defective
I purchased the "RQ11" replacement heads from Ecommerce Distributors via Amazon last September. I had checked as carefully as I could to prevent getting non-Norelco parts since the prices are all over the place. This one seemed legitimate, including the packaging when I received it. However I noticed immediately that it was not cutting well, maybe not even as well as the ones it had replaced, which I had been using for SEVERAL years. Now it has been less than one year and the performace has maybe gotten even worse: it requires so many careful and repetitive passes to get all the hairs all the way down that it takes me about 10 minutes to shave. So I finally gave up and decided to pay 'full Walmart price' except that they don't carry it anymore. Instead I found factoryoutletstore.com and paid forty-three dollars including shipping! But this one works properly. That's why I waited so long to complain and review: it's now clear that something was really wrong with the prior replacement from Amazon/Ecommerce whereas the outlet store part makes the shaver work like new again.

Works like the original
The product works like the original. Close shave and all. The packaging it came in however was damaged and looked like it had been opened and taped closed, which did not inspire confidence. But, after two weeks, product performs as advertised.

Was about as sharp as my 5yr old blades
Came in a Phillips/Norelco box which had been opened. The head was in a sealed plastic container which had no markings or names on it. I had to work at my shave same as with my old blunt blades. I can only assume that they were the cheap Chinese ones in an original box. I hate to make this accusation but not much point in paying $50 for no better than l already have. What else am l to think?
