This seasoning is delicious with just the right amount of heat for flavoring. Not only taste great on fish,but I tried it on chicken. The food actually taste like it's been deep fried.A good value for the money

I bought this mostly for boneless, skinless Chicken Thights since starting a low carb diet. I was worried that it may have a bland taste to it. I was really surprised in the favor. I was thinking I would need to add extra seasonings but I don't. It fact, this stuff has a little kick to it. Not a lot but just enough. As I mentioned, I got this for Chicken, but I tried it on some white fish and really enjoyed how it turned out in the Air Fryer. Just don't put the temperture too high when air frying thawed out fish. I used 350 for about 8-9 minutes and it was perfect.The only drawback, and this may just be me is that I only get 6-7 servings from a package when it reads 12. I realize that means an extra few crabs but I still keep it under 10 per day. I would buy this again.

This keto breading works well. It is supposed to be for chicken but as it says on the box will be good for fish. I use it on fish. I also use the egg white product to prep the fish before breading. I work the breading in both sides before placing it on the pan. I do not use oil on a plain metal pan but the clean up is easy and it does not stick. I bake it at 350 with no need t turn it. There is a tiny amount of heat in the recipe but it is mild, but if you do not like heat be wary. Overall, the result is a low cal breaded fish that tastes great with far less calories. I wish Louisiana would make a keto fish breading but this will do just fine.

Easy peasy product. 2 bowls...1 for egg for coating...1 for coating. I was really surprised how good this was. Worked great on zucchini and the left overs crisped right back up. I have now decided to keep this on hand for those lower carb days. I have tried other breading and think this is the best so far without making your own multi-ingredient mix.

Too much heat. If spicy hot is for you, it's ok. Won't buy again.

We have used this for fish, cheese sticks, fried deer steak, and many other things. Texture is VERY close to normal breading and taste is great! I have already purchased again!

Pretty good make sure to bake long enough to get crispy otherwise soggy.
