Great pens
Great pens. They don’t blend the best, but they’re very pigmented and don’t bleed at all into the next page. Using them is always really satisfying.

Great Sketching Pens
These pens are excellent artist pens. They allow the artist to create black and white drawings—with all the various values of gray in between. Perfect for seasoned artist or beginners. I love doing value studies using these pens. Great in a studio or out on site.

The only shading pens I use!
I have tried several different brands of gray scale shading pens including water based and alcohol based sets and I have yet to find another set as good as this set. I use these on everything from paper to canvas. They blend well with all my other water based mediums and really make my life as an artist much easier! If you are still in doubt about buying these let me assure you that you won't be disappointed. They are worth every penny!!

Beautiful variation of neutral colors
This set adds depth to my art when combined with my other colored set. Easy to use and still has point

Lovely,no bleed, smooth watersolubility -nice Cool-Grey set, wish it had more than 1WarmGrey.
Pros:I absolutely love working with water-soluble markers and these hold up to other brands such as Koi, Fabrr-Castell, Copic, Artist Choice and PrismaColour. They don’t bleed through, even on crummy, lined paper, they are smooth and turn painterly with used with a damp brush. I did a blurry picture of some artwork achieved the first night with this set + 2 damp w/c brushes (#2 ).There’s a nice, ‘point side’ which is around a 2 (1mm) size or a sharpie fine (rather thick, IMO ) and the brush point on the other side has a nice point with some bend. Stif on the point side and long on the brush side. The pens are longer than average so they can get heavy. The cap fit on the back on one side but not the other. I’ve attached photos for colours samples of each marker, each colour with water and each colour with the blender pen. Oh, and the blender pen tip hasn’t gotten stained yet. I hate that, so it stays clean. Nice pens with lovely blend-ability. At the bottom of the sample page, I did a vs comparison of the colours vs Koi, FAberCastel, etc. (see photos)Cons: only one warm grey, and it’s warm Grey 1. Out of all colours, I prefer he lightest shades, but would have thought this set would have not just cold greys, 2 black colours, a blender and only one warm Grey. So, I would t call it a full “palette”, but it’s a pretty complete nearly full “Cold-Grey palette”.I’ve done a comparison of each colour in here:N15 BlackN25 Lamp BlackN45 Cool Grey 10N55 Cool Grey 07N65 Cool Grey 05N60 Cool Grey 06N75 Cool Grey 03N95 Cool Grey 01N89 Warm Grey 01

really pretty! the darker grays are kinda too similar though
LOVE these pens. i found out too late that they aren't beginner-level, because the brush size is so large, but they're really pretty and very vibrant. the ink doesn't fade or run out at all. it's too early to tell how long they'll last as of now, but i've heard that they last pretty long. only complaint is that the darker grays seem to be very similar. of course, i ordered grayscale because i loved the look of the grays over having variety, but i would have preferred more lighter grays, and perhaps a more browner and warmer gray than the N89 (which i love). i love the light grays, but the darker grays kind of bleed through papers and pages more, and the black definitely does. i got the hang of calligraphy and my style within a few days with these, but i'd recommend a beginner to start out with thinner pens like the fudenosuke ones first, or at least to order both of them so that you don't have to practice with really thick pens first. i went through quite a lot of paper because my calligraphy had to be much larger. also, i don't really use the smaller marker tip too much. it's pretty much just a round felt tip. i may update this review when i get the hang of modern calligraphy a bit more, and buy more kinds of pens.

I love these
OMG these markers are AMAZING. I love doing gray scale artwork but I usually just use pencils. I decided to check these out and the work very well. Theres even instructions on how to blend them on the packaging! This brand in general is very good quality. I will definitely be recommending this brand to all my friends.
