TLDR: Worth the money, easy asf to set up, gotta do a handstand and backflip if you want it to log steps for GO/j(Exaggerated) Easy setup, don't really need instructions. Everything to do with the physical product is good but no one cares about that, we're here for GO. When I first set it up it wouldn't auto swing for very long maybe a minute at best, moved it to a different desk, and now it's working fine I don't exactly know what the deal with that was. Everyone has their tips and tricks on how to get it to work for GO and I guess you just have to find what works for YOU because I tried everything, I went through 10billion reviews looking to see what everyone was saying and nothing really was working at first so here's what I did in case you wanna try it. UPDATE: Apple health tracking is trash and doesn't work well at all with the swing, download "Steppsapp" and leave that open while your phone is in the swing and you can actually SEE its counting all the steps and it will transfer over to apple health and POGO. Continue to put your phone upside down it gets more steps. So the sets below work just start at step 3 1 Adventure sync on/Apple health tracking on as well 2 Pokemon Go open to your profile screen (The one with your avatar and buddy) 3 Phone upside down 4 Let it do what it do 5 when you want to stop, take the phone off the swing, go to the main screen and catch a pokemon or open a gift, the steps should clock in after you wait a little bit(This can take about 1-3 minutes from what I've experienced) 6 DO NOT CLOSE THE GAME TO TRY AND RELOAD IT. That hasn't worked at all for me, it will erase or just not log any of the steps for some reason. I would give it up to 10 minutes of you playing/opening gifts/staring at the screen before you give up and try to close and reopen the app just in case it was taking a bit longer to log the steps. But hey, it might work for you so who knows, give it a try sometime and see what happens. This was the only way it logged all the steps for me, if I closed the app and put it on the swing it maybe got 10% or less of the steps/If I had it right-side up it didn't work at all/adventure sync off..didn't try it tbh, I saw someone say to do it but I got it to work a different way and I'm not fixing it if it ain't broke. Ive recently strapped a portable charger on the other side and its working great (Cord was long but just like wrap it up in loops around your hand then stick the loops in the rubber band on the portable charger side without letting the cord hit the sides/bottom of the swing so it doesn't interfere) The only thing I have to say is it feels insanely cheap. The plastic feels horrid but hey, it works so who cares about that? Happy adventure week everyone

Initial review: Read the instructions followed the steps, when attempting to put the phone in to use the phone swing it swung for about 10 seconds before it stopped. Attempted without the phone to see if it was the weight of the phone and the same thing happened. For anyone who needs to know the 2 magnets that are on the top and bottom pieces they are supposed to repel each other, in this case they were attracted to one another. Attempted to take the screws off on the top piece to see if I could reverse the magnet and it was glued inside, took off the sticky tabs from the bottom to reveal screws to open it and you see what looks like a coil that is connected to the USB C cable. I didn’t want to tamper with that. Contacted customer service via email though I wish the was a number to call for faster service. At this point I will have to give a 1 Star review. The design looks good, but someone needs to do a little quality control, making sure the magnets repel instead of attract before packing and shipping them. I had one other issue where I believe this was possibly returned already due to the tape sealing the box was already cut open. I figured instead of returning it again I would see if I could find the issue to fix it myself as I was looking at using it right away seeing I am pressing for finish my 400km to move to level 78 and hatch 100 eggs before Go Fest so I could reach level 80 in July. I would walk myself but had ankle surgery where I am not supposed to have any weight bearing for 6 to 8 weeks which is a problem to get 400km done. Update: Contected customer support on Friday by email. We are now at Tuesday night and I haven’t received a response. Product didn’t work as described and not customer service. I don’t recommend buying. I might venture on trying to build my own. Or suggest going to your local gym with a phone band and cycling on a stationary bike. What I have seen is 10 mile bike ride gets you 12 to 13k. It it’s better than not being able to get anywhere with limited walking due to a ankle surgery.

This is a review about the product/item. Pros/positives: I’ve been using it for approximately 1 month now and it has saved me a tremendous amount of time especially when I’m at my busiest. It’s simple and easy to assemble and start walking/shaking for you. For the price I say it’s worth it. I use an Apple 15 phone and it works. [Android users may have a different experience.] I also used it on my Samsung phone and it also works. The item is lightweight and doesn’t bring unnecessary excess weight when you’re traveling around with it. Quick disassembly and reassembling allows me to use it on the go as I’m always traveling. Just be careful with the plastic stands that hold the phone. Careful reassembling should be taken into account not to damage the stands that hold the phone. My phones are small size and they work. I don’t recommend oversized/large phones as they may not fit into the holder. Cons/negatives: Hard plastic item so it’s fragile and can break/damage easily. Take care of this item. My first item was damaged on the hinge that is connected to the phone holder that is swinging as I accidently dropped the item and it broke. Having the circle metal “o” bearing is vital for this device to operate and if that piece is missing or not operating the phone won’t swing and you cannot accumulate steps. Also that black clip that keeps the ring intact must not be damaged otherwise it won’t operate. It’ll need to be replaced. Overall, I give it a 5 star rating [an “A” letter grade]. Because my first item was damaged Amazon immediately replaced it at no cost to me and they shipped it immediately for free so the wait time was short. They even allowed me to have it shipped to the Amazon Locker box so it made it even more quick and convenient for me to pick-up the item. I don’t want my shipment left at the door for someone/anyone to come by and steal it which will force me to reorder the item again and have to hear Amazon explain why the item was or NOT shipped, etc.. I don’t want to deal with the unnecessary hassle. Recommendations to Amazon and or merchant: I recommend strengthening the plastic hinge that connects and hooks the “O” ring for the phone holder.

4 stars for the rubber band holding it all together and the fact that it takes a bit to get working every time I use it. Otherwise it's awesome. It said I had walked 43 miles in 8 hours, I just let it run while I was sleeping. I've been worried about getting the 25km per week for 8 weeks in Pokemon Go and this is a great solution. And it's priced just right. It does take some getting used to. I'm not sure if the whole problem is always that I have the silver bearings sitting on the brackets wrong, but I've played with different adapters, with and without the phone case, and in the end it seems to always be how it's sitting on the brackets. I have the USB plugged directly into a surge protector, case off, I had it sitting on the side of the couch (which is flat but not hard) and it worked, I just haven't memorized how to place it perfectly so it works on the first try every time. I've used two different android phones, one is a larger Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and the other is a slightly smaller Note 8. With the S24, I did not have to close pokemon go for it to work but you do have to make sure you have something tracking your steps and adventure sync turned on. I then just closed pokemon go and opened it again and in a few seconds it would sync. I haven't confirmed that the Note 8 works (it's swinging as I type this) but I don't see why it wouldn't. I did go through and turn on Samsung Health and the Fitbit app to use my phone to track steps on both phones. As far as sleeping with it on, I had it on my night stand and it does make a slight noise but we hear the freeway in our bedroom so for the most part I couldn't hear it. If you need complete silence to fall asleep, maybe don't put it in your bedroom at night. It's really very quiet though. I have it in the family room right now and can't hear it over the TV which is only at level 10. Highly recommended for Pokemon Go fans.

Great stepper( Imperial Walker ) . As advertised. Extra wide for big phones . I’ve got an iPhone 17 pro max with a case on it and it works great.

This step counter is pretty basic but works well. The materials seem to be of pretty good quality and I would expect it to last quite a long time. I initially had some issues getting Adventure Sync to record my steps. This is what works for me with an android S24... Get Google Fit setup and Adventure Sync turned on. Make sure they are both signed in to the same google account. Feed your buddy berries and incubate your eggs. Then close the app completely. Turn off the Location setting. Go into the phone app settings and Force Stop Pokemon Go. Open up Google Fit and click the + to manually record activity, which causes it to monitor a walk. Letting it do it automatically it often records a bike ride and doesn't work. Once I have it manually monitoring the walk, I put it in the cradle screen facing out, upside down and start it swinging. Watch the Google Fit screen to see if it starts to record steps. If it doesn't after 10 or so seconds, stop it and start it again. It usually works on the first try, but sometimes I have to stop and restart. Once it starts recording steps, let it go for 30 minutes to an hour, then take the phone out of the cradle and Pause and then Stop the exercise in Google Fit. Next open up Pokemon Go and wait until you get the red warning about no GPS. Then turn Location back on and wait a few seconds and it should record. Sometimes it takes a little longer to record. Using this method I get consistent results every time. I'm very happy with this purchase. It makes it very easy to hit the maximum buddy candy per day. It's a very good value for a cheap price.

Ok so the reason for the three stars is mixed. It definitely rocks my phone even with the case on which is a plus..... but it will not register my steps at all in pokemon go which is why I bought it. I have tried putting my phone in upside down, in case, out of case, backwards, you name it. It is so smooth rocking that it doesn't pick up the movement I guess. Maybe it will work for others but not mine. Also it MUST stay plugged in to work. There is no battery backup so be aware of that.

i LOVE this product. I've had mine for years now and it still holds up. I do wish that the base was heavier because with a phone or 2 swinging on this thing, it'll definitely move the entire product back and forth and little did I know, I ended up slowly but surely scratching up my table top so now I put padding under it to try and keep it as secure as possible. I will say though, if you're trying to hatch some eggs on this thing, it'll definitely do the job. Depending on the eggs you're incubating, you can have this thing rocking for 30mins-1hour and you'll have definitely hatched atleast a 2-5km egg. Mess around with your eggs and time them for yourself to optimize your egg hatching at home! If you have 2 phones, you can leave one rocking while you go out for the day like going to work, running errands and what not, then when you get home, you'll definitely have hit enough km's to hatch however many eggs you've incubated by then.

I ordered this product in 2024 and it works great but one of the silver bearings came off so it didn’t work very well. The newer model is way better and they fixed the bearing problem.

Works as advertised. This version uses a USB-C plug which is nice. The device itself is solidly built. Nice smooth bearings, and stable when a phone is attached (the device will "walk" if left swinging without a phone in the holder). Holds up to 2 phones (1 per side of the swing) which can definitely be useful for some. The little white LED status light is a nice touch. I only have 2 complaints. 1) There is no on/off switch. Not sure if I want to keep plugging and unplugging this thing. I guess it can be left "on" when not in use, but it's a waste of electricity. 2) Not sure if I got a defective one, but the device makes a "whir" sound each time it pushes the swing. Yes, I checked and it's not the bearings (the swing is silent when power is disconnected). Not the end of the world, but something to keep in mind if used in a bedroom. Oh yeah, I also had to grease the bearings as they were a bit squeaky out of the box.
