As they were packaged together and appeared the same, I assume they are made from the same material. **Q: Are these freezer safe?** A: Yes. They are freezer safe! I use them to freeze leftover tomato paste, sauces, fresh hot salsa, etc. So it is a perfect portion each time for each use. I take them from the freezer to my microwave, 30 seconds, and is defrost and ready to use. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not place the lids on the microwave; they will melt!
