Shoes arrived on time. I am a 9.5. These run a bit large. My main problem, though, is the sole of the shoe. There is absolutely no give when I walk. The sole and heel “look” fine but they are a block of hard plastic that does not bend at all when I walk. It’s like walking in Barbie shoes. I have to keep them because I need a pair of grey shoes and affordable grey heels or wedges are hard to find. Any gray dress shoes is difficult to find. So I will wear them occasionally and hope I don’t fall. I guess I got what I paid for.Addendum: I wore these to church and I have to say they were comfortable. I did watch myself on tile floors because they are slick (and loud) and I can’t afford a fall at my age. I did get compliments on the look. I do still feel the price was a bit high for the materials. I will be more careful in the future when ordering so that I might avoid this type of molded, one piece heel/sole .

July 5, 2018 - I just received these sandals today. Right out of the box they look fabulous. I like that the grey is a true grey, not taupe. I normally wear size 8.5 but I ordered these in size 9. The fit is a smidge big but nothing an instep won't solve. The footbed is very comfortable, preventing sliding in/out of shoes. The straps are comfortable; they do not dig into my skin. Overall I am happy with these sandals.

Pros: 1. These sandals are great - comfortable and cute, dressy but not too frou-frou.2. They are easy to get on, with a velcro band that is adjustable to your ankle width.3. They provide plenty of support, with a good footbed.4. There is a strap around the back of the heel, so you foot does not slide around in the sandal.5. There is plenty of room in the front, so your toes don't get squished.6. I like the "peep toe" feature - just the edge of a couple of toes is showing, and not the whole front of your foot.Cons: 1. They are a bit larger than expected.2. The heel is 2.5 inches high; if you are not used to this height, your calves may hurt.3. The worst - plastic soles. They are slippery and make a terrible clacking noise.With a better sole, I would have given them 5 stars.All in all, a nice sandal for both casual and dressy.

Adorable. Just not on me. I was worried that the ankle strap would not be flattering to my thick ankles and unfortunately I was right. These are really, really cute and are a wonderful color...too bad they won't work for me. I have several pair of Jambu and the foot bed is awesome.....they have always worn wonderfully and I've had years of wear from them. This is the first pair of JBU's I've ordered and it appears that the leather is a little thinner and cheaper, but for the price they seem to be a good value. I'll find another style, but for you lucky slim-ankled beauties out there, buy 'em!

I love Jambu, I have been a faithful wearer for many yearsafter discovering them when almost the only show they had was the Cali. I am heavier and these are great for supporting standing and walking on the job all day. These were the first pair i have returned and the single reason was because the strap did not sit flat. I still have no cons for Jambu because the show itself was week constructed, pretty and it could have my foot that was wonky not the shoe. Returning the item was a breeze, couldn't have been easier! Of course I have since purchased several other Jambu shoes that I happily wear including one pair on the way!! 4 stars ONLY due to the strapa noted. Someone else may have better luck.

These are beautiful sandals and seem to be well made. I wear a size 9 1/2, which fit great on my foot. However I have pretty small ankles and so the strap around my ankle is really loose. Even when I pull it as tight as I can. I definitely am going to wear them, I wish they adjusted tighter.

I really wanted to like these. I love this brand of shoes, I have 4 pairs of shoes from this brand already. The only thing I didn't like was the material of the heel. It is like a hard, noisy, lightweight plastic, if that makes sense. I didn't feel safe when walking in them. Made me feel as if I would slip and fall because there was no slip protection on the bottom of the shoes.

I have really wide feet, like 4E wide, and have an extremely hard time finding shoes that fit, especially cute heels. I did have to use a shoe stretcher overnight on these, but after that, they're perfect! Comfy on the bottoms of my feet, my toes aren't smooshed in the toe box area, and they're super light weight, which I need for hip flexor reasons.The only negative may be where the top of the strap at the front of my ankle is, there is a red mark, mostly likely because that's where the brunt of the weight is being caught as I walk, instead of in the toe box. However, it is significantly less painful than blisters on my toes or my bunions being inflamed, like in other heels. I highly recommend these for people with wide feet and bunions!
