Is anyone using this with the gigabyte aorus b450 motherboards?

as long as the motherboard has a 3 pin Argb header it should work

What cable do i need to connect this to the motherboard dled riser, female to female?

3 pin to 3 pin, female to female cable. 1 of the 12 headers is used to make the connection from the hub to your board and the remaining 11 are for your peripherals be they led fan headers or argb strips. I have two of these hubs in my system with 13 led fans (at one point there was 19 fans until i switched out a few for higher static pressure ones). These are great hubs if you have a free 3 pin male connector on your board.

Will this work with Lian Li fans on Asus?

As long as connections are standard rgb 5v 3 pin

can i control corsair ll120 fans using this?

My MSI work fine with that one. As i know most of corsair are using 4pin 12v. I think better check 4pin hub.
