Lifesaver postpartum
Omg these were so nice postpartum! They are soooo comfortable and soft. Compared to the hospital diapers these things were heaven! They held pads in well and didn’t move and cause spillage! They fit so well! I also felt like they had good enough coverage to walk a round the house with just these. I would wear these any day!

Great for postpartum! Will buy again!
I thought I would hate these. I thought they would be itchy and crunchy. Nope! I loved them and will buy them again with my second birth! So nice to get to throw them out when you're done! They were way more comfy than I thought. They are for one-time use, so they tear if you need to remove an adhesive pad. Great coverage. Not absorbent. Overall, I love these!

Postpartum Essential I didn't skip the second time around
These were a postpartum non-negotiable for me! I now have two little ones under two, and while there were several postpartum products I chose not to repurchase the second time around... these were absolutely not one of them. For reference, I'm 5'7" with a shorter torso. I ordered the Medium, which arrived labeled as S/M. I went into labor at 212 lbs. and had only lost about 10 pounds after delivery, so I was initially worried about the fit. They ended up being incredibly comfortable and stretchy without feeling restrictive. I could also wear them under my maternity yoga shorts without feeling like I had a giant diaper on. I loved them so much that I ordered a second box and wore them through my first two weeks postpartum. Being disposable made recovery so much easier—one less thing to worry about during those exhausting early days. One thing to note is that I typically prefer pads with wings, so I experienced a little shifting at times since these work best with wingless pads. Also, when changing your pad, peel it off gently. If you repeatedly pull the adhesive off too aggressively, the material around the seam can start to wear or tear. I even purchased again for my first postpartum period because they were so much more comfortable than regular underwear. If you're building your hospital bag or baby registry, I highly recommend adding these. They've become one of the few postpartum products I'll continue buying and recommending to other moms!

The Superhero Cape You Never Knew You Needed!
Ladies and gentlemen, gather 'round! Let me tell you about the unsung hero of the postpartum world: the postpartum underwear. Yes, you heard me right. These magical garments are like the Swiss Army knife of the new mom's wardrobe. First off, let's talk about the fit. Imagine if a cloud and a marshmallow had a baby, and that baby decided to hug you all day. That's what wearing these feels like. They stretch in ways that defy the laws of physics, accommodating everything from postpartum pads to the occasional cookie stash (because, let's be real, snacks are life). Now, the design. Oh, the design! These beauties come in a variety of colors, but let's be honest, you're going to go for the classic black. Why? Because black is slimming, and after nine months of feeling like a human watermelon, you deserve to feel like a sleek ninja. Plus, they hide all the stains from those inevitable baby spit-ups and diaper blowouts. Genius! And the support! These undies have more support than your mom's Facebook group. They hold everything in place, making you feel like you could conquer the world—or at least make it through another sleepless night. They even have a high-waisted option that doubles as a corset, so you can pretend you're in a period drama while binge-watching Netflix at 3 AM. But the real magic? The confidence boost. Slip into a pair of these bad boys, and suddenly you're strutting around the house like Beyoncé. Who cares if you're covered in baby drool and haven't showered in three days? You're rocking those postpartum panties like a boss. In conclusion, postpartum underwear is the unsung hero of the new mom's wardrobe. They're comfortable, supportive, and give you the confidence to face whatever motherhood throws your way. So go ahead, treat yourself to a pair—or ten. You deserve it, mama!

So Much Better Than the Hospital Underwear!
These postpartum underwear are much sturdier and more comfortable than the ones I received at the hospital. I really appreciated that they provided a little bit of support for my newly soft belly without feeling restrictive or uncomfortable while I was healing. Pardon the language, but the wide crotch area is a lifesaver! It made them easy to use with large, super-absorbent pads without the risk of extra adhesive bits getting stuck in places you really, really don’t want them while recovering from childbirth. 😅 Comfortable, practical, and exactly what I needed during those first days postpartum!

Comfortable and Worth It
Comfortable and Worth It These are definitely worth it! They’re very comfortable, and I really like the texture. They’re soft and not itchy at all, which is especially nice for postpartum recovery. I’m very happy with them!

Great Comfort… But Mixed Results for Sensitive Skin
I recently tried the Frida Mom disposable postpartum underwear as part of my recovery essentials, and overall I think they’re a solid choice for new moms — with a few caveats. First off, they’re really comfortable and easy to use. The material is soft and stretchy, giving good coverage and holding pads in place without being too tight, which was nice especially during the early postpartum days when comfort is everything. Many people find them way more comfortable than the mesh or generic options given at the hospital. Babylist +1 That said, I did notice some mixed experiences from other moms online, especially with skin sensitivity. A few reviewers report irritation or rashes, and that’s something to be aware of if you have sensitive skin or plan to wear them for long periods. Another thing worth mentioning is that because they’re disposable, you do go through them quickly — which makes them convenient but also means they’re not the most cost-effective for long recovery periods. They’re good for the first week or two, especially when bleeding is heavier. Bottom line: These are comfortable, well-designed postpartum underwear that work great for keeping pads secure and feeling more confident in those early days — just be mindful of possible skin irritation and the disposable nature before you buy.

So comfy
These were great postpartum, felt secure in holding pads. They were super comfortable and supported the parts you needed support for post birth. I used for the first week post birth and highly recommend.

Comfy - absolutely worth it
I absolutely loved these during my postpartum recovery. They’re a snug fit but still super comfortable, and the high waist offers gentle support for your belly. The material is incredibly soft and doesn’t leave any elastic marks, so you both look and feel good. Putting these on each morning was such a nice boost.

Postpartum must have!
Second time purchasing this item. A must have for post partum recovery! It is soft, stretchable and airy. Extremely comfortable to wear, it’s hard to believe it’s meant for one-time use.
