My wife has used the omega for both of her pregnancies, and we’ve had a fantastic experience with it. She’s taken these soft gels without any issues throughout both pregnancies, and they’ve been a great addition to her prenatal care routine. The unflavored option is a big plus, as it’s easy to swallow and doesn’t have any unpleasant aftertaste, unlike some other prenatal supplements we’ve tried.We’ve seen no side effects, and the soft gels are easy on her stomach, even during the first trimester when she was more sensitive to supplements. Overall, we are very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it to any expecting mothers looking for a high-quality prenatal DHA supplement.

Otherwise, it is a good product and I appreciate the easy-to-swallow gel size capsules. There is no after taste either and I like that it had Omegas.

These prenatal have no fishy taste or smell. And I swear they are the only reason my hair didn’t fall out during my second postpartum journey. I did take the nature made ones and am SO HAPPY I made the switch. Worth the money!

Seems to work well… our baby was born and healthy. No after taste. The product is 3rd party tested (meaning a company outside Nordic test product for harmfulness and ingredients). A bit pricy but it’s only for a short amount of time of use.

Wow! love these.I tried ritual and another DHA/EPA supplement and they both gave me horrible fish burps which are disgusting at anytime in your life but especially when you are pregnant.I take these at dinner and haven't had any weird burps.Pills are super easy to swallow and don't taste or smell like anything. I do suggest putting in your fridge as soon as you open and keeping them in the fridge.I am switching to another company post partum that is liquid because it has higher EPA & DHA and I want to be taking a specific amount after birth. But really happy with these while pregnant because they are so easy and no smell/taste.

I take a normal prenatal from another supplement company, but Nordic Naturals took the cake for DHA.I previously tried Ritual after great reviews and personal recommendations in an effort to reduce the number of pills to take every day, but I had horrible burps from them. I’ve never experienced that ever.I worked with my OB and Dietican to make the perfect supplement mix for myself and these are part of that! I was nervous that I’d experience the same burps from these, but no issues at all!I take 2 each evening to optimize absorption separating them from my normal prenatal and have zero issues. They don’t taste bad, nor do they really taste like strawberry to me. They taste like nothing and I love that they’re third party researched.

After reading through several reviews for DHA pregnancy supplements I went ahead with these, since they are third-party tested for environmental toxins, and seem to have a good policy about where they get their fish oil. They are tasteless and odorless, which is exactly what you want them to be, and they go down easily, with no stomach troubles or side effects. HOWEVER: out of the now three bottles I have ordered of these, one out of three smelled like rotten fish upon opening. I popped the cap and took a (horrible) whiff, then closed it up again and promptly printed out a return form with "Defective" as the reason for the return. I quickly got a refund and then reordered the product, and no troubles whatsoever with the replacement. So, in summary, these are terrific, just DO NOT TAKE THEM IF THEY SMELL LIKE ROTTEN FISH. You got a bad batch--it happens with these supplements--and you just need to replace them. Good luck with your baby!! :)
