I always order spring rolls when out and now I make them at home! I use tofu microwaved with soy sauce and sesame seeds, fresh basil and cilantro, carrot ribbons and romaine. My wrapping technique has evolved to pro status and now I make a tray of these for dinner at home! You can use shrimp, edemame, fresh ginger-anything you can think of. Dip in Yoshida's Asian dipping sauce. (available on Amazon) I highly recommend this product!

When I added water to rehydrate it omitted a nasty sewage smell. At first i thought it was my tap water, then I tried drinking water and it still smelled terrible. I would avoid.
