No missing parts when the box was opened and the items were packaged very well. The shackles themselves, in my opinion, are made of heavy duty material and should hold up nicely. Took about 30 minutes to install. Needed to raise the rear of a 1970 Duster (A Body Mopar) for additional tire clearance. I would prefer that they were black (possibly powder coated) than zinc plated. Maybe offer them in a zinc or black finish?
