Does it latch and close tightly

there is not latch but it does close tightly there are hingers for the back but we did not put them on we also use it inside

does the inside bottom have the same hole design as what's shown on the inner lid?

Any tips for getting the lid clips installed?

it whould of ben better if the howls war just a little bit biger and one end lays flat down and the other end sitcks up but it still works very good and holds alot of packeges and that's what i got it for is for when i order things and they are deliverd when im not home and to get them in there when i get home
