I really like this phone holder. I like the fact that it does fit a thick surface.It holds my phone securely in my phone case (others wouldn't and I would have to take my phone out of the case to use the holder.)The clamp that holds the phone has a non slip cushion already attached, so your phone is secure and you dont have to worry about it slipping out.I really like that the phone clamp can turn in a full circle so no need to take your phone out to find something else to watch.My only very, very small wish would be for it to be a bit longer but I only say that because my headboard is extremely tall. I have it attached to my nightstand right now.This is a great product for the price. It does already come assembled so nothing to put together.

Wow! I'm rarely blown away by a product. The construction of this clamp is impressive! The base clamp isn't a spring-clip, it's a crank. You crank it open enough to clamp what you want it attached to, then you crank it back like a vise to be as firmly attached as you want. The gooseneck! It is STIFF! It needs two hands to get it into the position you want. After that, it is NOT moving, until you use two-hand force to change it. The jaws that hold the phone ARE a spring-tension, but it's a pretty robust spring. I don't see the phone slipping out under any circumstance. Tap the screen, swipe the screen, the phone doesn't even wiggle in the clamp. Clamp is rubber-lined. Will not damage your phone. Clamp opens wide enough to hold any standard size phone, unless you are using a crazy-big protector. Clamp will rotate, so your phone can be held vertically or horizontally. Do I sound impressed? This is a LOT of sturdy for the price. Very happy with the purchase!

This is a very sturdy phone holder. I like that the phone clip is larger and easy to open. The neck is very hard to twist and bend but with some work and strength you can get it to the position needed. Doesn't seem easy to break. The clamp seems to be ok. It opens to a certain length so make sure when ordering that it fits what you want to clamp it on. I have been careful with the adjustable area for the clip. I don't tighten it too much so it won't break. So far, a good purchase.

This cellphone holder so greatly exceeds our expectations! We purchased this to hold a mini xbox controller in position for a person who uses a wheelchair. I was skeptical that the gooseneck would be too wobbly, but this one, once positioned, is just rock solid. Also, the clamping system for the table is great. Where we've had many in the past which you just couldn't get tight enough or would slip, this one holds, and holds and holds. We'll look for this one's big brother, next, to hold a full size IPad and attach it to a wheelchair!

Build quality:Very sturdy. The gripper never drops my phone and it never loses its shape.Phone holder:I love this mount. I have one at home attached to my headboard to watch my shows at night. I get it at the exact angle I want. I also have another one in my semi truck that I have attached to the microwave cubby. It’s versatile.Angle:As long as you have somewhere to secure the mount to you can angle this thing in anyway. And it stay put unless you move it. Very sturdy.

Great and is holding my iPhone 11 with a pop thingy on the back of it , it’s very sturdy, not flimsy at all. It holds on to my side table really great. It’s a real thin glass top. I’m happy that I can adjust a clamp that holds onto the table. I love it. I’m gonna buy some more one for work one for the side of my bed so I can watch a movie on my phone at night without having to hold the phone and get cramps in my hands or elbows. I highly recommend buying this for yourself or a family member or whoever I like that I could change how I want to hold the phone. I can even put it high up in the air so I don’t get a crick in my neck.

Works very well at first but after repeated use of a few weeks its starting to wear out a little . I do still like it it holds my phone just fine . The grips on the side do get in the way of typing so I would change the design to grip the top and bottom of the phone . You can't move it further up or it hits the power and volume buttons . It curls over the screen bloking the edges when im trying to type . Other than that it works well .

Had purchased this to replace one that had been given away. It is extremely sturdy, but that can also go against it if you're trying to get the right angle on whatever it is holding. The gooseneck itself is very hard to position. It is however, easy to attach to a table, chair, random board. Overall, has been a good product with no real complaints.
