I seriously doubt the standard of online health supplements being sold online. This product has been manufactured by some shady company which has a fancy name but the pills are absolutely ineffective. I purchased two bottles after reading reviews and comparing rates and after several months of usage I found my B12 levels were just the same- 150 units. The product is useless and ineffective and I shall never buy it again.

Since l have started taking total vitamin b12 I found significant change in my energy level. I feel more energic and less lathargic.My all family members have started taking this genuine supplement.. I was undergoing lots of nerve pain, weekness, tingling because of sciatica and overall CNS weekness.My vitamin b12 levels before using the product were in lower 200s and now it has increased.significantly After taking this vitamin b12 levels are on higher side.. doctor is amazed to see the difference. These are absolutely useless. Don’t work at all. I have used Sapien Lab stuff which was wonderful. Don’t waste money on small or unknown brands.

My B12 level came very low, so I decided to buy a supplement. After consuming for a month, I don't feel any difference at all in my energy level. Also after consuming, I am feeling a mild burning sensation in my body for 3 hours. I have not yet rechecked my B 12 levels so can't confirm if my B12 has increased or not

I finished full bottle of b12 tablets but my levels are exactly the same. Infact this medicine gives only gas in the stomach. You keep burping or farting.

Thank you so very much. I recovered only after taking these tablets. I can't tell how happy I am now with this renewed energy and sleep quality. I think my now B12 meter is alright now and that's why I'm getting yellow urine: which means the vitamin isn't absorbing now. But I'm so glad I found this product.

The tablets have a very strong, bad chemical smell resembling Fevi Bond. There are no ingredients listed on the label except methylcobalamin and 'permitted color'. Amazon graciously refunded. Would strongly recommend to buy a different brand of B12.
