I have taken for three months but no results, only things is less price and more quantity

I am a body hacker and nutrition specialist. I generally buy my nutritional supplements from the US. But due to lockdown I had to buy a multivitamin to support my intermittent fasting diet. So I needed one with all the B-complex in right amounts and nature. This one is good!I know it works because I had developed ulcers in my mouth and cracked lip corners due to Vit-b2 deficiency. I eat a vegan diet and do one meal a day. So after lockdown my multi-vitamins ran out and I developed the b2 deficiency symptoms. Once I had these, within a week my ulcers healed and I was alright. So the b2 in this worked.Apart from that needed Vit-D, biotin, and Zinc in good quantity. All these are there in this at optimal amounts. This is not the one with some B vitamins at 2000% your daily requirement. I do not believe in taking so much as they strain your kidney in getting rid of them. If I feel like I need more, I pop two of these pills sometimes to double the amount.This also has ginseng, lycopene and pro-biotics along with many other minerals in small quantities. I don't mind at all these extras! Great value for money.

The tablet above is becadexamin, a generic multivitamin available at the medical store and the pink one below is the blessing tree variant.The ingredients seem promising but in order to ingest an efficacious dose of this product, you'd have to take at least 3-4 tablets a day and not 1 like the misleading directions on the label suggest.That's probably why it contains 180 tablets leading us to think we're getting our bang for the buck.

Best thing is these are not capsules .because capsules are made up of plastic which also give the harmful effects on our body,this are the tiny small pill or tablets which can be consumed by either milk or water .This are also good for boys who dont like eating the dal and veggies as it will suppliment all the nutrient loss .

The pills work great. I am getting all the nutrients from a single tablet. I can feel the difference in my body, especially my nails and skin. Also it is very affordable and lasts for 6 months which is a huge benefit.
