A good board. But beware if you have to send ...
A good board. But beware if you have to send it back for warranty replacement. They initially sent me a board that had a pair bad of RAM slots so I couldn't run memory in dual channel mode. I sent it back and they sent me another board with problems with the built in video. I solved it by installing a video card rather than throw the dice again. I visited their return center and was not impressed with the professionalism of the operation or staff. I think they test the boards and send them back out hoping the next owner might not notice the problems the board has. That, or their testing is not at all thorough. Probably both.

decent board for cheap
I got this board to replace a Dell board for a Q6600. I was looking for a board that would let me do a bit of overclocking, support 8GB of memory, and handle some better cooling.This board has something almost unique for cheap LGA 775 Micro-ATX boards, TWO FAN HEADERS. I needed to be able to plug in two case fans into the board, and this board lets you do it.The overclocking support for Memory is pretty featured, allowing for manual timing control and some voltage tuning.The overclocking support for CPU is pretty limited. All you can change is the bus speed, and the ram to bus speed ratio. You cannot set voltage manually. This limited my overclock a but, but I got my 2.4 GHz Q6600 to run stably at 3.06 GHz with minimal fuss.

Works great I have had it for a few week's and no problem stable a good buy if your still using lga 775 processing

MSI G41M-P34 Motherboard
This board installed easily and had the lastest version of BIOS. Two problems:1. The BIOS fails to recognize the second DIMM slot (CPU-Z could see it).I was getting ready to open a trouble report with MSI on this issue and then:2. The board died and failed to POST after only 1 week of light operation.I'm in the process of RMA'ing this back to Amazon and will try a replacement.
