On the metal base of the case is a build in tripod mount allowing you to still use a tripod when the case is attached to your camera. I've been looking for a case for my EOS 100D(X7) while model. This case suits to the white one. and it fits.

Great product but needs improvement.
I will start this review by saying I purchased mine new from a different retailer than Amazon. That being said I know people rely on Amazon reviews so I think it's important to provide product feedback wherever I can, including Amazon.This case fits perfectly on my rebel SL1. And its clearly genuine leather. It is so comfortable to hold that I never want to remove it!That being said, the steel plate on the bottom of these Gariz cases is simply glued onto the leather. As a result, the adhesive turns loose and eventually the fancy metal bottom falls off. I just glue mine back on but I don't know how long my glue will hold and at least that may speak to the quality.Overall, I love the case and can't recommend it enough. It is easily the best accessory I've ever purchased for my camera, given the comfort it added.My recommendation is to buy, but be aware that the bottom is just a metal plate and could fall off if you're not paying attention, but it doesn't feel like a deal breaker to me. Superglue is an easy solution.
