It says to use this product 1 to 3 times a day. Unless you have a tremendous amount of problems with phlegm, that’s a lot of use. I use it at night about an hour before I go to bed and I only apply one dropper full. But it clears out my sinuses and reduces the amount of phlegm in my throat so that when I sleep, I’m not constantly having to clear my throat. It’s a good product and works the way it is claimed to. The taste is pretty tough and very bitter. I don’t put it in juice or anything else. I just take A swig of water afterwards. The flavor dissipates quickly.

This stuff really helps the throat. You get use to the taste after awhile. Bought several of these to have in the house.

This product really works; however, I've found if you take too much of it (even at recommended dosage) you can become dehydrated so be careful with that.

Before they moved my stomach off my lungs, I used it to breathe better and it works. I sometimes use it on real humid days.

This stuff is truly amazing, I take it 2 times a day, working my way up to the recommended dosage (just want to really see the effects first) tried this with no other meds in my body and took it for 2 weeks so far. My appetite has decreased, energy level is increased, my breathing (nasal passages, ears, lungs) are clear after 30 mins of ingesting. I feel like I can take a really deep breath and have no problem breathing through my nose whereas before I could not. It has so many different healing capabilities, it's hard to pin point. I just mix 2 eye droppers full into a small quarter size glass of juice and chug it down twice a day. Little bitter but doable. I hope you too will find your miracle in this gem of a weed.

I'm challenged with averting apartment neighbors who smoke. While they are on lease to not smoke in the unit, we have unique circumstances that challenge this addiction: outside decks under reconstruction, rainy/gray/chilly weather, no outside shelter for smokers to use.
