This is just what I have been looking for. The product is great quality and all the parts were included in the box. The product was packed well with no damage to the tumbler. This tumbler has 2 options that have been helpful to me. First the tea basket, I'm a beginner with tea so right now I am putting tea bags in the basket but hope to graduate to loose tea soon. Second you can unscrew the basket and drop fruit in the tumbler and replace only the top strainer and presto you have fruit infused water with no pulp or seeds making it passed the strainer. Another great thing is to simply use the tumbler for ice water, the enclosed sleeve and double wall glass makes this perfect for ice water and again insert the top strainer part and no ice cubes splash up as your drinking.

I love this bottle. I'm a medical biller so I'm pretty much sitting at my desk all day. I make tea everyday for myself with this at my desk. I honestly have no issue with leaking whatsoever, but I am really not moving around. I don't think the intention of this tumbler is to be carrying around everywhere, which is pretty misleading in the description for it. I can see it being difficult to take everywhere with you, especially considering that it's made of glass. I wouldn't want to risk breaking it.Anyway, I use this with loose leaf tea and it works great! I do notice you have to push the basket in a little bit when you're filling it up with water after you've filled it with tea, or else it'll fill up and start spilling over instead of just pouring through the basket into the bottle. That was a learning curve though. Now that I have that down, I use this tumbler perfectly. The bottle WILL get hot if you put super boiling water in it for your tea, so use the sleeve just in case. I just let it cool down while i work. It does keep your drink super hot for a while though. I've left it alone for at least an hour and it's still hot when I go to drink from it.I don't get the bad reviews that are complaining about the glass being too thin because it shattered when they dropped it from a table??? What do you expect? It's glass.. Take care of it and put it in an area where it isn't at risk of falling from the height of a table and having it smash all over the place. Do you expect your wine glasses to not shatter if they fall off of your table?

The tea tumbler is very nice and keeps the tea nice and warm. However, after 1 month use I see two flaws with the product:1) The sleeve is very tight and difficult to insert and remove.2) The strainer+infuser are surely not made of stainless steel (as the attached pictures indicate). The strainer and infuser on the right are from another tea tumbler I purchased around the same time -- they show no sign of rust. Therefore, I am quite disappointed with the product since it is marketed as one of the high end tea tumblers, yet the quality of the strainer+infuser seems not to resemble the cost.

The glass is somewhat fragile as my first bottle came in the mail shattered. Luckily, it comes in the neoprene case, so the shards were contained. I contacted amazing and got a new bottle in the mail, in great condition.The bottle has a silicone ring between the glass and the bamboo lid. This prevents spillage.In terms of the filter, it's stainless steel with a twistable cap. I've used the filter for tea as well as iced coffee (just scoop coffee in and put it in the fridge overnight).The one thing that I've found annoying is that you must fill the cup all the way up to allow for the coffee or tea to infuse. So, if you want to add milk or cream, it becomes harder. What I did was that I turned the bottle upside down in the fridge. Thanks to the silicone seal, no leakage! There are bottles though that have the filter at the bottom of the glass that may be more convenient if you want an iced coffee in the morning like I do.

OMG...this it the best tea tumbler....EVER!! The fine mesh of the strainer keeps all the loose tea in and the glass stays warm to the touch not HOT, which in a cold office is nice to keep my hands warm. It's easy to clean and the green neoprene cover gives an extra layer of protection and ease of taking to go. I have to say I had an awesome experience with Pekoe Tree and all the lovely people in customer service, I had ordered two of these for the 10% off and free shipping offer (one for me and one for the hubby) when they came in one of the glasses was a little buggered and the top didn't screw on properly. Must have been a manufacturer defect. I emailed to let them know and WOW they sent a replacement right away....no questions asked.....I didn't even have to go thru the rigga-ma-roll of returning the buggard glass. These guys are the BEST!!! I'd order from them again anytime. Thanks for my tea tumbler, I already feel healthier.

I really wanted to love this product which was why I was willing to pay the high price. The insulated sleeve, though touted as free (but I think we're all smart enough to know that's marketing) smells so toxic that it's rendered useless. To be fair, I'm sensitive to smells, so if you're not, you should be okay, but I've tried everything to remove the smell and it just won't budge. The actual tumbler is beautiful to look at but I find the strainer difficult to screw together. Overall, I'm disappointed with this purchase. From a strictly utilitarian perspective, it works as it should - it will steep tea (but I can do that with a $2 tea ball). Usable (without the sleeve), pretty, but not worth the price.
