Perfect size . Great for flights , works a treat

The product does its job! Used on holiday in Kos in 30c and kept the insulin cool at under 10c after two days.UK airport customs weren’t too keen to let me carry through security because of the frozen pack but were okay after a brief discussion. No problem coming back in the Kos airport.Only 4 stars because of the potential issues at airports.

A necessary purchase and it did the job well. Kept the contents cold for a long flight.

I like to travel as much as possible. I am flying a good 10hrs next month. There is the waiting in the airport both ends and then another 3 hrs minimum onward journey when we arrive. Door to door at least 20 hrs.Im very pleased to say and I followed the instructions that after 6 and a half hrs freezing the gel, that 22 hrs later….yes 22 hrs the thermometer still read at 6c. Perfect. I didnt have any medication in it but still im very hopeful that this excellent bit of kit will keep my infliximab nice and cool for the duration. I reckon it can hold 2 minimum infliximab. Some Biologics are much bigger than infliximab. Would recommend to those that travel long distances for sure.

Does not seem to work. Following instructions the bottle quickly drops below freezing, and exploration of other methods does not seem to result in stable temperatures either…so big risk. We limped on by permanently checking temperature and adjusting (eg removing and adding cool bottle as needed) so far been unable to make it work unattended (even for a few hours)

It worked well when taking an injecting abroad. Kept it at the correct temperature. Great product

I was travelling internationally by air earlier this summer with medication which needed to be kept at a certain temperature. It couldn’t be stored in the hold (too cold) so I purchased this product, which maintains the required temperature for up to 24 hours. It worked perfectly and I was able to use it on the return journey as well. Can highly recommend. Thank you!
