The media could not be loaded.  Me lo compré porque siempre me dio mucha pereza limpiar las ventanas de mi piso. las ventanas don dobles y en el salón son de tres partes y en la del centro nunca soy capaz de llegar con las manos para limpiar. Miré varias opciones, pero al finalmente convenció el limpiacristales con imán porque como se ve en el video, al ser alargado puedes llegar a toda la ventana, además de que con hacerlo solo por un lado ya limpias las dos caras del cristal. Viene el aparato para poner en las dos caras, un separador de plástico y dos bayetitas para pegar luego. No me gustó que no trae instrucciones. Al abrirlo nada más verlo creí que iba a ser malo y que iba a tener que devolverlo por como lo vi, pero nada más probarlo quedé encantada. Hay que embadurnar muy bien por las dos caras el cristal con agua con jabón o en mi caso, limpiacristales de flis flis, pones el lado del aparato que trae la cuerda por la parte de fuera del cristal y el que no trae en el mismo sitio pero por dentro y con el imán ya se mantienen solos. Cierras la ventana con la punta del cordel por dentro y el resto por fuera (Para que si se suelta la parte de fuera no se caiga a la calle, sino que quede colgado por el cordel) y vas moviendo el aparato sujetando desde dentro y ya va limpiando el cristal por dentro y por fuera. Yo tenía los cristales muy sucios porque están con obras al lado y para limpiarlos bastó con pasar el aparato una vez. Luego le puse las bayetas y lo pasé con ellas bien mojadas en limpiacristales para repasar, pero si los cristales no están muy sucios no hace falta. MUY IMPORTANTE!!!!; Cuidado con no pillarse los dedos entre los dos limpiadores, el imán es muy potente y puede hacer daño! De echo, yo me pillé un dedo y duele un montón, además de que si te despistas y se juntas los dos lados con imán es difícil separarlo. En mi caso, los cristales de las ventanas de dentro son más finos que los de fuera, por lo que en los de fuera iba como la seda, pero en las ventanas de dentro hay que hacer algo de fuerza porque el imán es más potente, pero no es exagerado. En resumen, a mi me vale la pena la inversión porque los cristales quedan limpios en un momento y sin esfuerzo.

This is a waste of money! I made careful research and bought the ( allegedly) right tool for my windows. It came in today and it doesnt work! The only redeeming feature is that has the ring and thread to recuperate the outside part. And I I used it a lot! It kept on falling off after 2/ second of usage. I tried dry, wet, with S pattern - it doesnt work! And I cannot.even have my money back! When I went to request a return it says the company does not accept them. This is a gimmick item - and at nearly60 quid and overpriced one. Disgraceful! I had to work hard for my money, I dont have a moment tree in my back yard. Not offering a refund is so wrong. Do not buy this item, stay away.

For almost a week now I've been wakening up to sparkling bedroom windows thanks to the glider and my new product unger window cleaning fluid. My first unit was slightly faulty but nothing I couldn't live with, the supplier however insisted on sending a replacement unit - amazing after sales service. You do need to spray window both sides and move slowly but it gets easier and you obtain better results with practice, no problem holding on my standard double glazed Windows (if you move slowly) Expensive but cheaper than the window cleaner breaking the tiles on my single storey extension when he clumps across it to reach the second storey windows, should pay for itself in no time. My windows have also stayed clean despite the horrible weather and I attribute this to the unger fluid. I can also clean the inside of my kitchen window from outside meaning I don't have to lean across the kitchen units which is a plus. Only criticism is that the two polishing cloths provided are not nearly enough, it would be nice if they supplied (quite) a few more with the kit.

Reading the previous reviews, I decided to buy a powerful magnet one (as the major complaint was the magnets not holding firm enough). Unfortunately it was almost impossible to move the glider, as the magnets are far too powerful. Tyroler, reading my feedback, sent me another one - free of charge- with a less powerful magnet. I am impressed with their response to my problem and finding a solution.

I bought this product as I saw the reviews and the ability to clamp up to 28mm. I measured my windows at 25mm and so went ahead.I could not get the two sides to stay on the window once moving and fell off each time. The magnets seem at their max power well under 28mm. There is little paperwork with the product so unclear on returns or advice.I would try elsewhere for a cleaner if your using on sealed units, my advice.
