Works well with my "Zello" two way app but connectivity is an issue. I find that if connection is lost via Bluetooth you have to enter the settings on Bluetooth and manually reconnect.

Pretty much worthless. Bought 5 of these to use in my office and none worked.

It never worked, tried everything to get it to link up to my new I phone 6s but nothing worked. Sending it back.
