After listening to a MD say that this product greatly reduced his sweet tooth, I decided to try it. I think it does work and am glad i ordered it.

These things gs took me nmby surprize. They really do work. I struggle with emotional eating and when I happen to eat a junk food, it doesn't taste comforting. If that makes sense to anyone It just tastes bla. Been taking them for a little over 2 month. Even when I didn't take th them,I noticed the (obvious) change in about 3 days. And you don't crave the sweets stuff. Went to my son-s wedding and could only take a little bite of the wedding cake, it was way too sweet for me. Half a bite of a finger cookie and threw the rest out. Stuff really does work.

So far, it's good. I'm not having any problems digesting the product. The only issue is that it's hard for me to tell if it is helping. I will still recommend it.

I have ordered other products from Himalaya Herbal Supplements and I was a happy customer. I received the product yesterday and I opened it this morning. I saw that the bottle that contains 60 pills had a strong aromatic smell. The cotton keeping the pills from moving was covered in a brown powder with this aromatic smell. I can see that there is sediment at the bottom of the bottle with that same powder. So now I don’t know if I should return the product and get a refund or proceed. Not having tried this product before I don’t know if the aromatic smell is normal.

I never review things. I’m terrible about it. But I’m sitting here in awe over this today. I have a horrible sugar addiction due to depression and medication side effects. It’s all I eat, and I eat it voraciously. I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and eat half a pie or 5-6 hostess treats. I’ve gained 15 pounds in the last month due to this. Desperate, I dug into anecdotal solutions. Cold turkey just doesn’t work for me, I end up binging. So I found reference to this product. It’s cheap and the reviews were good. I received it yesterday and immediately took two pills because the reviews said it had to build up in your system to work. Then I took two before bed. I just absentmindedly grabbed some chocolate pb cups to snack on and I taste wax and unsweetened pb!! No sweetness! It’s not at all satisfying lol! I also drink a lot of diet soda and that is now tasteless! On one hand I’m relieved that an end to the cycle is in sight but I’m also disappointed that I can’t enjoy all of it.
