Carrasyn Gel Wound Dressing/3 oz

I am an RN and we used this brand of wound gel for our home care patients. Other gels add all kinds of things like aloe or bark extract and jack up the prices. All that is needed is plain old wound gel. Buy it for your first aid kit or your earthquake kit.

This is a decent product. Does what it is supposed to for a good price. I'm not really sure if it promotes healing or keeps out infection or what exactly it is supposed to do but it seems to have done it according to my doctor.

I use the carrasyn v gel which is a little thicker than the regular gel. It works really well. I wouldn't try anything else.

Great for burns,sores, sun burn, and bed sores.

It is very easy to use. It takes just a drop, so one tube should last for a really long time.

My wife used it to soothe/regenerate her skin during, and after intensive radiation/cancer treatments. It works "very" well!

Got this for my father-in-law and it is the only one that helped him.
