Love how they are gel with a nice soft fabric over them. That way your feet won’t slide if you get hot and sweaty in the Florida heat. Works well with my open toe sandals as well and you can’t see them. They are washable as well and can reuse them. Going to get a few more pairs of these. Way better than any of the foam kinds. Company even reached out to me to see if everything was delivered to me on time and to see if I was happy. So many companies just don’t care anymore about customer satisfaction but these people do!

These worked pretty well with heels. The adhesive did not stick all that well but as long as my shoes were on, they didn't slip. It did make the shoes a little more comfortable and kept my foot from sliding down.

These have been the best metatarsal pads I have used by far. My feet always slide forward in my shoes. Once I got the pads adjusted in my shoe they seem to be better than anything I have ever used. As a senior I have tried many many types of shoe pads. They stick well and they are soft. I gave it a five star but I did have a little trouble adjusting them in my shoes.

TL:DR; Great pad, hard to use unless the shoe is very open or flexible.These are a good size and shape, excellent padding and softness, OK but acceptable stickiness.The MAIN issue is theyre not super usable, depending on shoe type.The pad surface has a bottom-of-foot/underside-of-toes molded shape; which is implicit that it should align pretty perfectly with your feet. This can be very problematic if you have anything resembling a boot/bootie style (even some sneakers I would imagine) where the ball-of-foot area is harder to access with your hand. You are essentially playing a guessing game trying to approximate the perfect placement of the pad, followed by a grueling trial and error process to get it right (you will get it wrong, a lot); the adhesion makes the annoyingness extra special (Itll wear out eventually, so sucks to have to keep redoing it!).Overall good, but be wary depending on which shoes you intend to use it for.P.S. adhesion/surface NOT GOOD for dancer-style heels

These are of great quality and stick firmly to the insole of my shoes without slipping, yet they are easily removed. I really like that they can be moved from shoe to shoe. I had purchased the famous doc’s pads with the toe ring that keeps them in place and they were a disaster and a total waste of money. Because my pain is located on the outer side of my foot and not so much on the sole I was able to cut one of the pads and attach it to my insole curving it up the side of the shoe where the pain persists. I also want to comment on the nice packaging that consists of a resealable transparent pouch. What a great value these are! Highly recommend.

I have no foot odor but I do have pain wearing heels since I am in between sizes. I use metatarsal foot pads to fill in the gap while providing my feet with (grip) support. This is my first time trying this brand from Amazon. It is very comfortable (I like firm insoles) HOWEVER, it makes my feet sweaty and smelly! I feel like the gel was meant to be cooling but it has terrible breathability.Wearing these foot pads make my feet sweaty within minutes and makes my feet smell fishy. It's so embarrassing!! I know for sure my feet did not smell prior to using this product. I tested this theory and sniffed a fresh pair of the foot pads and they indeed smell industrial and fishy!I don't usually write reviews but I feel like foot pads should prevent foot odor...not cause it. Only buy this product if your feet already smells and you only care about comfort.

My two forefoot hurts, for some reason and purchased this product for pain relief.When I received the product, I immediately put it into my shoes and went out. On this day, the feelings, which made me feel so painful and do not work or play well were reduced by at least half.Maybe they are not very durable because I will consume them very quickly.But I think the items are good quality items, fairly priced.

I bought these to help with ball of foot pain and Callus prevention as I am on my feet on day at work. The cushions are soft and feel comfortable when you step on it, only downside is it does make your pair of shoes feel tighter. I had to return them but I would advise buying 1/2 a shoe size up before using these cushions inside your shoes.
