Informative + Great Recipes
First of all, I love cookbooks but don’t buy them unless they have photos. This Keto book has pics for all recipes!Very happy about that!The intro was very informational and the recipes look amazing.I’ve been following Louise Herndon online since my husband and I started the Keto lifestyle and I was excited to get her cookbook for FREE today on Kindle Unlimited. We’ve been eating Keto for about a year and I’ve lost 40 pounds and my husband just hit his goal of 100 pounds lost.The 14 day meal plan in this cookbook would be a great way to start this lifestyle (diet) and I’ll for sure be adding some of these recipes to our weekly schedule.

A No-Fail Approach to Keto!
If you are interested in the ketogenic diet - or you have tried it unsuccessfully before - you must grab a copy of "The Essential Keto Cookbook"! Louise breaks down the concept of keto in easy-to-understand terms, explaining how keto differs from "low carb" and Paleo diets, and even helping the reader how to avoid common pitfalls. Her recipes are simple and delicious! You won't spend your life prepping meals, or spending all of your money on strange ingredients. Louise also includes macronutrient information for all of her recipes, making it easy to track meals to stay on target. This cookbook is a no-fail approach to keto! Highly recommend!

The BEST for anyone with Food Allergies
Louise's cookbooks and recipes are my favorites out of all the other KETO sources. The recipes are simple, FAST, delicious, but best of all NON-Dairy. She caters to all who have food sensitivities. My family loves her Cod with Garlic Ghee Sauce. My staple snacks are variations on her Ginger Spice Cookies >>> (omit spices, substitute 3 T Cardamom, 6 droppers of butter toffee liquid stevia =oP ) Louise's Asian take on Keto is very yummy. And if you don't eat Pork like Dr. Jockers or myself, Turkey bacon, Chicken sausage works just as well. ENJOY

Excellent Keto Cookbook!
This book is very well written and informative about a Ketogenic lifestyle. Having lost40 lbs this way I am always interested in new delicious recipes. The only problem that I have is working around my many allergies or foods that I just don’t like. I pretty much like just plain simple food without a lot of spices.I like that many of the recipes are for one serving which makes it simple and easy.I also like the link back to the contents after each recipe!My mouth is watering just thinking about goodness to come.

Great little book
I like that it has pictures and nutrition counts and the recipes are easy to make and tasty. It's a small book but is well put together. However, that said, I only eat a whole food plant-based diet and most of this book has recipes with meat. It does have some nice dessert recipes and a few salads, and I can change the recipes around not using meat, so I am keeping it. But, if you eat meat you will love this little book.

Great Recipes!
I am a big fan of Louise's work and this new cookbook is fantastic. The recipes are easy to make with common ingredients but still creative. The recipes are broken into chapters by breakfast, appetizers and then by the main ingredient, finishing with desserts and breads. There is also a 14 day meal plan as well as information on the keto diet itself.I would also recommend signing up for Louise's newsletter and the information available at ketosummit.com

wow so many exciting recipies!
The information contained in this book is huge! Diets are seldom exciting but the recipes in this book are. I hate boring food but with this book I doubt that I will be bored. One of the reasons people don't want to try keto is limit of food choices. That does not mean limited flavor. The recipes here are full of flavor and healthy. What a combination!!!

Simple, easy and delicious meals.
I was really happy to get this book. My husband and I have been following the keto diet for awhile, but needed some new ideas to help us keep going and reap the benefits. The recipes are simple and easy to make and will be a great help when you get home late and wonder what to cook and also good for everyday meal planning. We are also trying to go dairy free so these recipes are going to help us do that. I like the fact that there are buttons to return you back to the index or section your in instead of getting lost like a lot of e-books. Looking forward to having some new ideas for our diet and enjoying the easy preparation and sitting down to delicious meals.

Absoluter Fehlkauf
Habe das Buch nach der Instagram kampagne gekauft. Das brot hat mich natürlich total angemacht.aus dem Buch versuchte ich gleich das schnelle Mikrowellen brot aus und starb beinahe am einer Staublunge...weder die teigkonsistenz noch das Ergebnis waren irgendwie erfreulich und ganz weit weg von essbar. Nachdem dann auch so etwas simples wie die Cracker einfach nur in die Hose gingen habe ich aufgegeben.ich denke das die Mengen Angaben einfach nicht auf deutsche Produkte angepasst sind. Was nervt es mich Lebensmittel zu vergeuden aber es war jetzt beides unessbar!!!

As someone who is constantly on the move, hard copy books are not an option & I've been hanging out for an Eversion.I have to say that I'm very impressed, not only with the recipes.The information & the calculators are gold <3Thank you Thank you Thank youTechnically it might work better if the pictures are on the same page as the recipe however that could be dependant on the device used :)

Louise has written very practical, yet tasty recipes for the ketogenic lifestyle. These give plenty of choice without huge time outlay. Well done Louise.

Great easy to cook recipes
I love the book! It got so many easy cook, easy-to-find-in-your-kitchen ingredients. The recipes I have cooked so far are surprisingly delicious!The ebook was well thought. There is a go-back-to content button at almost every page so you don't have to scroll back up wasting time.There is also a good explanation about keto, rich content, list of food you are allowed to eat.It also contains a sample 14 day program with convenient link to the recipes.
