BEST SHOE EVER!
I've had foot problems since birth, club foot, crooked knees, you name it. Had plantar faciitis as an adult, and over pronate. I have learned to buy quality shoes and spend the money, or my feet, hips, and back will suffer. I have been doing boot camp workouts and am beginning crossfit so I wanted to make sure I had a good shoe. Nobody in town carries this shoe so I took a chance on ordering online. This shoe fit the requirements of what I need for my foot issues and for what I do in th egym. I went with a half size smaller, I wear a 9 in most other shoes. They fit perfectly! Plenty of room in the toe box, and walking in them was like being barefoot with support! I practiced squats, which always tests my foot stability, my feet stayed flat centered on the ground! These are the most comfrtable shoes I've ever worn! I said the same about the Alegria's I wore during the plantar faciitis treatment, and for just every day those are still tops, but these may take their place! I'm ordering a second pair so I have one for everyday out and about. And the colors are pretty spot on to the pics.***UPDATE*** Wore them for boot camp today and my feet felt secure, stable, and my knees weren't hurting afterwards! Walked through the grocery store after, they are super comfy! If you're on the fence, BUY THESE!

Best shoes!
I run and lift. These are perfect for both! It has great traction but is flat and stable for lifting. I usually tear through my shoes for reasons unknown to me. These shoes are very durable. I usually run the soles down, without any of the seams separating which has happened with every other shoe I have owned. The size does seem a bit bigger but I think they are meant to be that way. The toe box is rounder which is great because when lifting heavy loads your feet press into the ground and u have plenty of room for your toes to....expand and evenly distribute weight. I'm on my 3rd pair. For some reason tho when converting women's size to mens size (for different color schemes) the mens sizes just doesn't feel the same...maybe its just my feet?

So comfortable and no more knee and ankle pain
I have had ankle and knee pain which made workouts difficult. I had weird alignment with anterior pelvic tilt, lower back pain, knee pain, tight hamstrings, strained IT bands, the whole thing. I recently started working out (dancing) but sprained my ankle and realized I needed a good pair of shoes to help me get moving without pain or high risk of injury. These are it! I’m so glad I got these! I have had no knee pain. They are very comfortable. The bottom feels spread out enough to help my balance, I feel supported and my ankles feel secure, and the shock absorption on impact is excellent. I usually wear size 8.5/9, and got a size 9. There is a bit of room in the toe. I could’ve gone to 8.5 if I wanted it to fit more snugly I suppose, but the 9 works perfect for me. There’s no uncomfortable tightness on my toes, in fact the toe area is pretty roomy. These cross trainers are wonderful. Will buy again once I wear these out

Like them so far
I was very weary about these when I first received them. As most other reviews stated, they run big. I typically wear a 9 but went with an 8.5 and they still have a little extra room. They are also wide, which works great for me because I have pretty wide feet. They are very stiff at first, causing them to rub my heels when using a rowing machine. As I wear them, they are becoming more comfortable. They are the first pair of shoes I’ve had in a while that doesn’t cause the outside of my feet to hurt while squatting or lifting. Would not say they are suitable for running because the sole is not flexible, but are great for most CrossFit style WODs.

Great for wide feet
I listened to most reviews and ordered a half size down. I’m normally an 8.5 so I got an 8. I put them on and my right foot felt cramped. I must have really wide feet since these shoes are supposed to have a wide toe box. I ordered an 8.5 to compare. The 8.5 feels better but is a touch too big. Nothing super noticable. However, they feel better so I’m going to return the 8s. So for me, my original size works just fine. I did a workout in them today. It was all weights with the addition of a quarter mile run 3 times. They are amazing for weights, but terrible to run in. I made it through the work out but I will have to switch to my running shoes for running workouts. They just felt floppy and made a flopping sound each time my feet hit the ground. I ordered the blue and they are way cuter in person than on the site.
