I have been self healing my Adrenal Fatigue for the last 3 months. It was to the point where I couldn't sleep at night because the adrenaline rushes would wake me up every time I started to lose consciousness. All day my nervous system felt like a train wreck and I felt so unhealthy. It was effecting every aspect of my life. So, I decided to look into how to fix it as naturally as possible without prescription drugs..I am very happy to say that I now suffer from almost zero symptoms and Zhou's DHEA is one of the most powerful variables in why I feel so good. If I don't take it in the morning my body starts feeling "off" throughout my nervous system by midday. If you suffer from adrenal fatigue, please do these three things...1. Go to sleep as early as possible. From 9pm to 2am are the most healing hours for your body and especially your endocrine system.2. Take up to 1mg of melatonin at night when you go to sleep if the adrenal fatigue is giving you sleeping problems. Try to minimize screen time within the hour before you go to sleep. That means your phone, tablet, computer, etc. Reading a physical book in candle light works great for me, though a kindle paper white would be fine too. Don't take the melatonin until you are ready to actually close your eyes, because the effects of it only last 20-30 min, where it triggers your body's natural sleep mode.3. Take DHEA from a high quality source. It is one of the key hormones that healthy functioning adrenal glands regulate and secrete. Adrenal fatigue screws with your body's hormonal system and I have found that taking DHEA in the morning makes me feel healthy again. I have found Zhou's DHEA to be more effective than the popular Swanson brand that people like here on Amazon, so I recommend trying this brand over that one.

OK, so I started using this about a month ago. At first I felt there was no change in my function. About a week ago, I started to notice that my outlook on life was more robust. I thought it was the new coffee I was drinking but that was absurd. I began to feel like a glass half full person rather than a glass half empty person. I also noticed that I was physically more active without being agitated or jittery. I was requiring less sleep, but when I did sleep, it was very high quality. I figure that there was a greater percentage of REM sleep than I usually have, because I did not feel the need to go back to sleep after 5 or 6 hours. I am 64 and I feel like a kid again.At this point, I have to conclude that the Zhou DHEA is the primary contributing factor to my positive change in mood, outlook, sleep and personal interaction with others. I believe this product has helped me tighten up my body in the gym! I have become firmer all over than before I started taking this product. I had wanted to balance my hormones and read that DHEA could be of help. I didn't notice a difference in my excessive hair shedding, but my hot flashes seemed to be less frequent. I am about half finished with my 2nd bottle (they come in 50 capsules each bottle). I just ordered it again. I didn't give it the full 5 stars because it hasn't yet addressed hormonal hair loss (which is what drew me to take it in the first place) and my hot flashes are still occurring. Perhaps, over time, my hormones will balance out even more as I continue to take this product.One more thing...some users reported acne flare-ups or increase in facial hair. I have had issues with neither. In fact, it seems as if my unwanted facial hair is less than before. If so, that alone makes the product worth it!

A friend at the gym told me about DHEA . I told my friend that my gym results after three years straight of working out was not what I think it should be. I started taking DHEA and was taking it for results at the gym and something else happened within a couple of days. I started to sleep perfectly at night. Sleeping much better, I have a better feeling about life, I lost about ten pounds because I do not need food to make me feel better, my gym workouts are showing more results, my testosterone levels must of went up because I'm feeling great and more confident.I just ordered my second bottle so I do not run out.
