The health benefits of Teff are astounding. We love this little grain. I cook mine in the InstantPot. It fluffs up nicely, and its texture is similar to cream of wheat. It's great as a rice substitute or as a breakfast porridge. To cook in the Insantpot. Add 1C. rinsed Teff and 1C. Water. Pressure cook for 10 minutes and allow to slow release for about 10-15 minutes

This is amazing. I cannot eat gluten or most grains or lectins so I tried this (I was hesitant) I soak it overnight with warm water and lemon juice to get rid of and release the phytates then cook it in the morning and it tastes like cream of wheat! (But of course is so much healthier) I have so much energy now , I can't believe it.

I have eaten Teff cereal for years. This is a great product and will not disappoint.

I was having a hard time finding wild rice in the store that wasn’t blended with white rice. This was very flavorful and fresh cooked up very nicely

I like the amount of teff you get for the money. The color isn't uniform so you see brown and white teff granules. You taste grit from time to time but until I find a better value I can ignore that. Who ever ships these bags should wrap each in plastic because some of the bags burst at the very bottom so teff spilled out. I got a refund but I'd rather have the teff.

Some may be turned off by its appearance - but with raisins, cinnamon and milk, it's right up there with steel cut oats as a satisfying breakfast cereal. Just cook on a medium heat for about eight minutes, a you're ready to go.

Was just going to purchase again but it’s currently unavailable, darn! Hope it comes back for sale again as I really enjoy it. Eat it 5 days per week.

I have tried just about every brand of Teff available and this one was the absolute best in taste, cleanliness and overall usage. This teff is naturally sweet and also the cleanest teff with little to no debris or other grains mixed in. I had bad food sensitivities at one point so couldn't afford cross-contamination and this was the best!
