Quiet and powerful
This is a very nice little air pump. I like that the air pressure can be adjusted because as it came it the air pressure was too strong for my 18" bubble wand. I adjusted it down and now it is perfect. It is also one of the quietest pumps I have ever owned and I have owned many over the years. I would recommend this air pump to anyone.

After 2 years it has less air output
I purchased this pump here, and after 2 years it has less air output then when it was new. It is quieter than other air pumps, and it's great that it is variable. When I purchased the pump I was able to keep the air output volume it turned down, but now after 2 years I have it turned to the max and the air output is still very low. I'm writing this review because I plan to replace it and I wanted others to know.

The rheostat feels cheap and it feels like it isn't connected to anything (it is) Here's the deal though: once connected to the air stones, I was able to turn down the power on the rheostat and get rid of the majority of the vibration. I have it inside a cabinet, but it's virtually silent

Not pleased
Really a major dissapointment. This pump has a knob on it to control the airflow and it just doesn't do much to the airflow. It is extremely loud and we can hear this pump from our bedroom. I just hooked my whisper pump back up and we can't hear it at all and the whisper has more power. Will not purchase again.

I got a loud one
Holy hell the unit I got MA200 is LOUD. I am going to ditch this and go with a different brand. From reading the reviews it sounds like I got a dud. Not willing to risk another based on this unit.

Five Stars
This pump works great and is very quiet. The adjustable air flow is really nice.

Good quality but LOUD.
I was interested in this pump after reading reviews about how quiet it is, but that couldnt be farther from the truth in my opinion! There is a constant loud buzzing noise coming from it at all times, even after Ive wrapped it in a towel to try to hush some of the sound. I do like the knob feature to control how much air goes into the tank, but would be willing to give that up for something thats actually quiet.

Good air pump
I bought this as a backup for if my pump in current use (identical model) should ever fail. It works great and has a convenient hole to hang it from.
