So this took me about 25 minutes to setup but I didn't have any power tools and I had to redo a few steps (because I didn't read the instructions). I think you should plan on 15 minutes (if you have a cordless drill) to 30 minutes (if you mess up like me) to set this up.I tried to highlight all the features in the video I put together. Most things are adjustable on this chair. You can adjust the height, the back angle, the lumbar location, the arm rest height, the arm rest angle, etc.I think the chair looks awesome and is high quality. The material is not super soft so if your preference is something that you sink down into, this might be too hard for you. Also pleather is not super breathable so it is great in the winter (keeps you warm) and can be sweaty in the summer if your place is hot.I like this chair for kicking back and relaxing. It is nice that it can lean back. Great for watching a move at your desk!

update: the seller contacted me, and issued a partial refund, which was sufficient to pay for repairs. Per the office chair repair shope, this required replacement of the gas cylinder that was defective. The chair itself is otherwise ok. So I am redoing my 1 star rating. Had taking this to an office chair repair person not been neccesary, I would be e given it a solid 4 stars. The base and wheels could be better, but the actual seat itself is exactly what I was looking for in terms of size, firmness and support for long hours of work, and extended game play on weeks ds. So I stead of a 1 star, it gets a4, minus a star for the hassle of the defect and subsequent repair, for a final rating of 3.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I cannot recommend this at all. I've had cheap Walmart chairs that are better constructed between the base and the column. This chair simply is way too wobbly and it is that specific joint where the problem is. I regret my purchase and recommend that others find a better constructed/designed chair.The chair seat is nice and firm, the armrests adjust nicely, the chair back and headrest are nicely aligned, the lumbar supports work nicely and the leg rest is adequate. But the thing wobbles, forward and backward, as well as side to side. It is unsteady. Where the pneumatic rod of the chair goes into the base (where the wheels are), it is very loose. This means it wobbles side to side and fore and aft, and that there is now a forward lean as if the chair is tilted forward, making it very uncomfortable to sit in for long periods. It becomes worse if you adjust the chair for a taller person, and if one extends the pneumatic tube to its full height, that joint between the piston and the wheel/base feels even looser. It has a severe wobble side to side and a more pronounced forward tilt to the seat of the chair to the point of becoming a strain on the back.I have double-checked that all the bolts are tight and that there is no obvious crack or other problem with the base that might explain the problem I'm seeing. If the seller would want to address this, I would be open to any remedy. I want to like this chair - it was quite comfortable the first few days I had it, but it is getting steadily worse to the point of being put in the garage less than a month after I received it. I am inquiring about a replacement or refund at this point.

I bought this chair for my son who is an avid gamer. He absolutely loves it, and even being 6’ 0” tall it fits him very well. The assembly instructions were really clear and he had it together in under 15 minutes. His last chair used to hurt his back so he was constantly having to stand up, but this one has the back support he needs to be able to sit and game without any pain. He says not only does it have great lumbar and neck support, it is also well made and the material feels really soft. His favorite feature is that the back reclines flat with a retracting foot support, making it very comfortable, not only to play games, but to take a nap.

The chair was super easy to put together and the seat removes from the base so that it can be easily moved if need be. I'm also a little bit of a...LARGER....Gentleman and the chair holds me very comfortably. I have 4 herniated discs in my spine and there is so much support and firmness that I don't even notice them with my issues. The pillows are a good middle ground between too soft and too stiff.Update 1/18/2020: I've had to flip the seat around on the base as it is now slowly going forward if I had it the right way so that it would feel like I was in a leaned back position. I've had to tighten things up numerous times. If I have the footrest out, it slides out and clips me in the back of the legs. The Lumbar pillow is flat and offers zero support now. I should've shopped around even more than I did. For a budget chair, this isn't even worth that.Now....the thing that keeps it from getting that last star. The arm rests don't really extend that high for me. They don't even clear my thighs. So either I need to shrink or there needs to be an extension to bring them up more.Overall, I'm very happy with this chair and the company that sold it to me were outstanding with customer service.

Purchased this for my husband as he is an avid gamer. This chair is sturdy, I am 5'9" weighing in at 220pds, this chair holds me laying flat very comfortably! I was nervous to lay in it, but I soon realized I didn't need to be.It was also easy to assemble, took me, a female about 15 to 30 minutes. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this chair to others.

I just recently purchase this chair a week ago. This chair very comfotable in many aspects, especially for gamers and casual PC users. First of all it comes with extended leg rest for relaxation for book reader or movie watch. The height of the chair can be adjusted as well as arm rest. It came with lumbar and U-shape headrest support which is the trend now for most user. As a heavily computer user for gaming and programmer, this chair is perfect for me. The cost of this chair is fairly reasonable compared to others need to pay additional $$ for lumbar and headrest support. I would buy this again, but I highly doubted it because it is durable.
