Check the length carefully!
I was replacing a bulb which was 221mm from tip of contact to tip of contact. This Opus lamp is 221mm from end cap to end cap, with the contacts sticking out beyond the end caps by a few mm each. Hence it would not fit!

AT LAST
At last have found bulbs that fit my holders, over 15 years old. They are so clear and make the kitchen look extra special. Another advantage was that they were reasonably priced.
