Garbage
Heater broke at month 14 and the company won’t even troubleshoot it for me. Said to call a local repair shop for help! DONT BUY! They don’t stand behind their products!

Buy something else!
This is the cheapest water cooler that you can buy,and there's a reason for that. It's loud and once it starts leaking, there's no way to fix it. Choose something else from a different manufacturer

Great overall, a little noisy when running
Looks great, I’m happy with the purchase, I just wish it was a little more quiet when cooling the water, which is why I gave it 4 stars.I do notice a difference from my last water cooler that I never even considered: the height of the spigot is higher so I can now place my water bottle on the little shelf and not have to hold it at an angle while filling it up.

I always have cold water
I really like my water dispencer, never had one before. I have had a UTI for about 1yr now and I drink alot of water. Lugging 4 or 5 gallons from Walmart was getting tough on me so I tried this. I wasn't thinking when I ordered the top loader I should have ordered bottom loader, but so Thankful to neighbor who is doing the muscle part for me. The price was really doable and the water itself tastes better than Walmarts Drinking Water.

Leave the cold and hot switches off for at least 24 hours before turning on.
My mail carrier delivered mine on the side with the top lower than the bottom. The box clearly states "This End Up". With the switches off you can still dispense water efficiently. I was looking for a plain Jane no cooling and no heat dispenser, but I use the hot tap as much as I do the cold. The stainless steel cabinet is easy to clean and looks nice much longer.

I would not wish this on my worst enemy
I have used this for a year or two now and everyday I wonder why I don't throw it in the trash. Cools water fine... If you can get the water into the cold chamber. It's a 50/50 chance you will get water out of the cold side because it constantly gets air locked. Note the warm side never gets air locked. It's an awful design and there is a reason it goes on sale constantly. The only solution is to let like a liter of water out of the warm side until the cold side flows. Wasteful. The only solution I have found is to turn the hot side power off and when I'm locked from the cold side I just get room temperature water and add ice.I hate this thing. I think I paid $80 for it on sale and I don't think it's even worth $30.
