Very delicious
Main reasons I purchased this is because it's pesticide free and raw. It's also delicious and reasonably priced. The texture is harder and slightly waxy, which I like!

Delicious medium flavour honey
A very easy, comfortable light jar. Easy to pour with a medium depth of flavour. Very nice for a Tea sweetner.

Great Product That Needs Better Packing...
The honey tastes great, but the jar top was broken upon delivery. I used an older top for a replacement. I've cancelled my auto-delivery subscription.

Smooth and mild
This honey does not have a strong taste so it doesn't overwhelm other ingredients. I use it to make chocolate candy bars. Have tried other honey products and they always overwhelm the cacao.

So much yum
Always yummy! I love this honey, I usually buy it at Sprouts, but I’ve moved and the local market doesn’t carry this brand. Package arrived intact and the honey is good.

MIldly Disappointing
Very thick honey, requires a spoon rather than pourable. But that's not a problem as such. Although it might be if you are trying to incorporate this honey into baked goods What disappoints me is the flavor. Not particularly sweet, the honey leaves a somewhat bitter aftertaste that lingers and overall does not taste terribly sweet.Putting a teaspoon's worth in my morning tea, I just got a dull somewhat sweet note but the aftertaste I mentioned lingered a good while after I finished the tea. For the ultra-premium price this commands (300% higher than local honey from the store) I expected better. One other issue and it's a more general one is claiming honey to be organic. Bees fly where they will and may go some considerable distance in search of nectar and, unless someone can prove that there is nothing within even extreme flying range that would void the "organic" label, I am hesitant to put much trust in such claims.Even remote forested areas might have patches of cropland where pesticides or other things with no business in "organic" labelled products are used and you won't know just where the bees are coming back from. This is not specific to this product so do not take it to mean I am singling these people out. Just look into the problems of certifying such claims with swarms of bees flying long distances.
