Not as heavy as I expected.
This stand is made from plastic with some rubber added to stop slippage and protect the router bit.Whilst it does what it says on the tin, I have managed to knock the stand over and sometimes off the working area I was using, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

Handy router holder
It’s really handy to have this nearby so you can keep the router bit in the same plunge position.

Works a treat only down side was
Works a treat only down side was that online advised the top of each block was rubber and none slip and when it arrived it was only slippy plastic which kind of defeated the purpose as was to protect the plunge router and the bit! As well as the human dealing with the router when changing bits! However all in all I will purchase a none slip matting and cut it out and glue it on! Thanks for great service and delivery Dale

Useful Item But...
This is a really useful item. But, I think is should have a non-slip surface on the top and also should be a bit heavier. I'm going to give it five stars because it's good value for money and you have to praise Trend for producing so many off-beat items for routers, but I think it could be better, even if a few quid more expensive. Having said that, I would still heartily recommend you get one. They really are useful.

Simple but so effective.
Simple and sturdy but so effective. Obviously you could make this yourself but this is priced very well to make that not necessary. Every time the router comes out this comes with it. Recommended.

Does a great job as a router stand
I used this after every pass with my router (so I could check what I'd just done). My router bit was extra long so it was perfect for this purpose.
