Love This
I didn’t like it under my knees but it works great under my head, on top of my pillow and helped the same issue (neck and back pain).

Nice cover
Haven't decided if I really like it or not. It is soft but has good support. I really think if it was an inch or so higher, it would be better , for my use.

Not high enough for me
The fabric of the bolster is nice, but wish it was just a bit firmer. It is not quite tall enough for me ( I am 5’6” and mostly legs) and cannot find a spot, which would be ideally under my knees, that supports my lower back. I must note, I am usually a side sleeper, but due to surgery I must sleep on my back for four weeks. I do appreciate that the cover is washable. In short, this may or may not work for you!

This pillow improved my sleep
Sleeping with this pillow under my knees greatly reduced the stress and pain in my back, allowing me to get a good night's sleep.
