This works great on joint pain. I use it at night while trying to sleep and pain wakes me. And, I use it while driving if my arthritis acts up. Good stuff to have around or in you pocket.

First, you use to be able to purchase this in stores which was great and very convenient. I was very happy to find it online as I find the application to be easy and a lot less messy. I suffer from joint pain in my feet and hips after entering menopause (yay! NOT) Delivery was also very quick!

I use it to relax the muscles on my knees ! I can only find the spray online ! It works miracles for me ! I told my sister to try it : she had a stiffness in the back of her knees ! It loosened it !
