Q: My rabbit chewed through the zipper the first time I use it. Can we get a replacement?

Probably not as rabbits are chewers and you might have ordered a plastic formed one but do remember that even a rabbit may be able to chew on them.

Q: Can the actual carrier itself be washed in the washing machine just like the pet bed it has with it?

No, you cannot put it in a washing machine - it is too bulky and you would probably ruin it. However, you can removed the little cushy bed and take a garden hose and hose it out (if it gets dirty). I haven't done this but based on the material, I think it would be fine. By the way, my cat is tall - lanky and tall - he weighs 11 pounds. I have to push his head down in it, because he almost doesn't fit (head sticks out the top). But, then he lays down he is fine. For anyone reading this, it's a great little carrier for cats, or like a small yorkie or like a small maltipoo would fit just fine. But the washing machine - NO

Q: Can you put 2 cats in it?

Kittens Yes ! Grown Cat's No ! That's for the Medium Carrier.. I do not own the large model.

Q: anybody use one on Delta, main cabin?

Yes. Delta is very good about it. But you must call ahead and reserve a spot for the flight. They only accept a limited number of animals per flight and it depends on the aircraft, so you must have your actual flight number to reserve the spot.
