Mane N Tail Conditioner, 16 Ounce

It has made my hair grow quicker and also has made it thicker I have used mane n tail for years and I love it.

As a horseperson I've used Mane and Tail products for years on animals and myself. This conditioner is simply the best for my very long, near waist-length, very prone to tangling hair. Leaves it smooth, shining and tangle-free every time out. I also frequently use it as a deep conditioning treatment, leaving it on overnight for great results. Unlike most, this conditioner is free of all the things that I don't want: no sulfates, no silicones and no proteins. This makes it uniquely suitable for using it to make henna or cassia glosses (which should be protein-free). Note that it's slightly heavy and does require thorough rinsing. This has been my holy grail conditioner for over 30 years, and it's still the best.

I spent over 10 years so afraid of sulfates, but at some point I got so fed up dealing with an itchy scalp. I just could not find any sulfate free shampoo that could relieve the itch and irritation. SO I picked this stuff up been using it for about 6 months now and I LOVE IT. It fully cleanses my hair and removes all the product buildup. I then follow up with a high end (silicone free) conditioner. My hair feels so clean and it looks so shiny. I was afraid that my hair would get dry, but as long as I use a good quality conditioner my results are fantastic!

This was the late Frank Fritz’s from the show American Pickers favorite conditioner. He mentioned he used it on the show without remuneration. I have been using it for at least 40 years myself. Beard and hair both. Also works well as a shaving fluid.

Been using Mane n Tail for years now. People always laugh at me when I show them the bottle and swear by it, but jokes on them. If you know, you know. Too bad its hard to find these days --seems like I used to be able to find Mane n Tail everywhere for CHEAP, but oh well, its worth the extra money.

I remember when this product first came on the market decades ago. I've been struggling to find a conditioner that works well for my color treated hair. I decided to give this a try. It's OK. Not much different than other brands. It's still a very good deal, price wise. I think if you have normal hair (not overly dry or damaged), this probably works well.
