I LOVE these wraps!!! I definitely recommend them and I have seen a big difference using them. BUT there are some secrets to success with these wraps...1. USE MULTIPLE WRAPS!! This is not a one-and-done thing. Using just one wrap won't make a difference, or at least not much. The key is to use multiple wraps in a succession of days/weeks. Over time you will see results. In fact, the 2nd or 3rd day after using the wrap you may notice some bloating as it works to remove the toxins and water weight. So if you have a special night out do your wrap several days before.2. Leave them on overnight (6-8 hours). That way all the 'juices' get soaked in through your skin. They are sticky so I haven't needed saran wrap.3. I recommend giving yourself a good 2-3 week time span at least to see a difference. Use a wrap overnight every 3-4 days in your targeted area.4. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! It's healthier to drink water and it helps flush toxins from your system, and if you are using the wraps often you don't want to be dehydrated. Add some lemon/cucumber.5. As always for an extra boost, cut your carb intake, up your veggies and proteins, and exercise. (Pilates is great if you are targeting your core). That will only increase your results.I am a real person and a mom, always on the hunt for good beauty secrets/tools - - on a side note, these also have made my stretch marks from pregnancy look better. I've had a lot of fun using these wraps and will continue to use them. I was skeptical but after using these repeatedly I am seeing results, I have probably lost 2.5 inches around my waist after doing 6 individual wraps in the course of about a month. I have also been watching my diet and doing some exercise, but I know these wraps have played a huge part in the change I'm seeing in such a stubborn fat area.Also I have very sensitive skin and these have not bothered me at all. I have been wanting to try a wrap, but I was unsure if they were a scam. You know how you see all those ads for "those crazy wrap things" or something to that effect. I was really unsure how sticking something to your stomach could aide in weight loss. I'm still unsure and I'm pretty sure it's magic. All I can say is that is worked. When I applied the wrap,it felt cold. Which was kind of weird. I did not wrap myself in saran wrap,as I did not have any. But I do have a workout sweat belt that I used instead. I measured my stomach before applying the wrap. I wore the wrap (and the sweat belt) all night. Taking it off when I woke up. So I would say I wore it for like 8-9 hours. It was pretty stuck to me and left some residue on my skin. It washed off in the shower,no big deal. The results...OMG!!!! My stomach was seriously 1 inch smaller. I thought I was crazy. My jeans fit better that day. I was AMAZED. My husband even commented that I looked like I lost weight. I didn't even tell him I bought the wraps. He just thought I looked skinnier. WOOHOO! The results are definitely not permanent, but they do last. It's like 50/50. Lose an inch over night, gain 1/2 back in a few days. Whatever, works for me. I think these would be super useful if you needed to look great for a party or something on short notice. I would definitely buy them again. I was IMPRESSED!

I read a lot of the reviews and i was hoping to get the same results. Boy do i regret purchasing this... first of all it was very annoying how it would not stick on to your skin properly, the corners kept on peeling off. So therefor you cannot really sit down with it because it wil wrinkle and most likely come off. So that was that, then i wanted to wear it for an hour like instructions say but it also says to wear overnight for better results. I couldn’t keep it on for too long because i started feeling itchy, so i wore for about maybe 3 hours. I took it off and i was so worried because of how irritated my skin was, i’m super itchy that it almost burns. It is SO uncomfortable!!!! I can’t atop scratching and my skin looks bumpy, pictures don’t show how red it looks in person. It’s day two, I’ve applied a cream.. i just want the irritation to go away :( maybe i have sensitive skin because i did not see anyone having problems like me or maybe i bought a defect one i don’t know..Edit: It has been 3 days and i basically have a rash, redness and the itchyness does not go away!! Even after I’m using creams to get rid of this :( I feel horrible i want a refund!!

I have been using this for a while. I do see that skin is getting smoother but I do not see any size reduction.
