2 Pistol 6 Magazine Gun Case Storage | Doro Waterproof Double Pistol Case with Custom Mycasebuilder Foam Insert | Hard Gun and Magazine Case | Tactical and Firearms Holder

I got this for my Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 5.7 in the 5.7X28mm cartridge. The gun fits perfectly even with a Holosun red dot optic on it (and a rubber dust cover over the optic). That gun has a threaded barrel so I was amazed it fit. The magazines for the 5.7 don't fit so well in the provided slots (but I knew that and didn't care). It could fit them if I trimmed the foam, but I'm not going to. I'll use this for just one gun, probably my aforementioned 5.7 and the second gun slot I'll use for the 2 magazines, the speedloader that came with my 5.7 gun and spare batteries for the red dot and some small items/tools to adjust the optic.The grip handle is rubberized which has a great feel, the clasps lock down securely, and there are 2 holes, one on each side, for a lock. The foam that supports the gun is dense and solid, and the corrugated foam on the lid is nice and soft. I have this company's 4-gun case and I was so impressed with it, I got this smaller one and love it.

The slots in the case will fit most of my full size pistols and extra magazines. They are too loose for my small frame pistols like the PPK and similar. It is well designed and really does immobilize them so the can not move. It is a far simpler and better system than the old style cases with the pluck out foam.This case is just as thick as the 5 gun case but there is a big difference. The case itself is deeper and the lid is thinner.. It holds the pistols very well but they sit deeper in this foam insert than in the 5 gun case. The slides are flush with the top of the foam making it harder to get hold of them to pull them out, especially if you have arthritis or hand issues. I solved that issue by putting a piece of ribbon through the trigger guard. When I pull the two ends of ribbon out, the pistol is raised enough to grab it. Other than that, this case is the same quality as the larger ones. The foam itself is denser than the soft pluck out foam. The pistol slots are designed to hold the gun perfectly still and I find it far better than the pluck out foam cases. I have used several of these cases extensively for the past few months and I find that it is doing exactly what it was designed to do, protect my pistols in transport.The case itself seems well built and appears to be water and dust proof but I have not tested it. It's small enough to carry almost anywhere and keep my pistols and their magazines in perfect shape.The only negative thing I find with this case is that the adhesive stick on name tag "DORO" is coming off. It is happening on both of my cases. That's not really a problem since DORO brand cases doesn't pay me to advertise for them.This case is one of the best transport case for multiple pistols that I have ever used. The difficulty in removing stored pistols is the only thing that keeps it from being as good as the 5 pistol case.

A pretty tough case for transportation needs, and also allows you to configure the inside to fit what you choose to put in there. It's not my primary storage solution, but glad we have it. It's pretty well made.

The locks don't lock tightly, but it's used with locks, so that's ok. I would have preferred that the foam would be easier to customize; I could fit more magazines in it. But it's light and fits in my suitcase, so I'm good to travel!

Fits both pistols/magazines pocket knives very well with only small modification of a couple of foam blocks with a serrated kitchen knife for two smaller magazines.

Because I was happy with the Doro 5 pistol/revolver case for range use and transporting I decided to purchase this 2 gun case for both my carry guns (M&P Shield9, CZ 75D PCR). Both cases are built as well if not better than several other cases I have. The price is great compared to other cases of the same or better quality. The pre-cut foam is a real plus and fits all of my full, compact, and sub compact size model pistols with or without lights or lasers. I would definitely recommend this case to others.

Better than I expected! Good, sizable ports for sidearms, though, expected to modify if your pistol has mag flares. (Nothing a few new x-acto blades couldn’t take care of). Found it a smidge disappointing in the amount “other” space BUT enough of that space for six mags that seem to be specifically for 9mm. To which I had to modify for the 5.7x28 mm. Mags. I’m pretty sure I’d have avoided having to modify if I’d used the “my case builder” sight rather than settling for what’s available on Amazon. Next time, I will. 100% satisfied.
