At recommended 75-80% load you have 3.5 amp @ 115v. If it was me, I say yes, but make sure the inverter and fridge have air to move heat away. *Think about adding a 90mm PC/Hobby cooling fan next to the inverter. They are 12v and draw as much power as a trunk light bulb. They cost about $2.50. Hope I'm not pissing you off.
