Perfect for working from home
This is my second pair in five years. I was a bit rough on my first pair and broke the left ear. Great quality though. I can hear very well with these and they do a great job eliminating background noises. They are comfortable to wear all day.

Great quality
These headsets are perfect for any work from home employees or gamers. They are noise cancelling and i like that it has the controls on a pad, instead of on the headset. I use the for work and they are the best I’ve used yet !

Headset with mic
A Great quality headset for the price. My husband uses it all day long for work calls. He loves how comfortable it feels, and how well made it is too.

It just works
The main thing I can say about this headset is that it just works out of box. I don't sound like a chipmunk like I have with other headsets

Deceptive description re USB vs (3.5mm) jack. Amazon page contains contradictory descriptions.
Headset is decent "entry level".There's confusion about the sub-models. This page is for the model is Evolve 20 UC SE. The "SE" means 2nd edition... which is the same except that it lists as dual connectivity - USB + jack (i.e., USB-A, + 3.5 mm jack).HOWEVER, what was delivered only had USB, with no jack option. The Amazon product page is also confused.. this is for Jabra Evolve 20SE UC Stereo> / Dual Ear, Second Edition>. It states near the top, "Flexible connectivity using USB or jack". However, below, under CONNECTIVITY, it states,"Headphone Jack : USB/" What it should list is : "Connection: USB OR jack."

USB Only - No Jack option
Claims to have both Jack and USB connectivity, but it only offers USB.

Jabra Evolve 20SE UC Stereo headset is good choice for virtual meetings
So far, I have been very happy with the Jabra Evolve 20SE UC Stereo headset. Even though it doesn't have padding for the headband, I don't find it uncomfortable. You can buy adhesive padding to add and it isn't too expensive. The sound quality is perfectly adequate for me. I can hear easily. and no one has complained about not being able to hear me or that there is static or interference. Turning the sound up and down is simple also.I use it for work--mostly once a week virtual meetings and sometimes other ad hoc meetings or training. The headset worked well with my laptop docking station that has a USB port. It was plug and play with no issues.I think it is a good basic product for the relatively small amount I paid. Anyone who wants a luxury headset will spend at least 4X the amount.
