It does work, but not very well.It’s maybe not an exact fit or some similar issue?I don’t know really how to explain this, but I’ll try...The prong part that goes to the computer has to be part ways out of the input. And it has to be JUST SO, or else it won’t work. (Think plugging something halfway into an outlet with the metal prongs still exposed at the outlet.)So, the input is not secured completely to the computer. If I try to put it any other way, the computer won’t even register as being plugged-in. If the cord or that small prong bit are moved even the slightest, it won’t charge or even acknowledge that it’s connected to power.

The package arrived sooner than expected. This isn't the same style of power supply that came with my laptop but I like this one better. Works great.

I bought this because our dog chewed up the cord on my daughters laptop charger. It powers her laptop fine but the battery still won't charge. I don't think this has anything to do with this new charger being bad. I'm pretty sure that it isn't charging because the battery went for so long without being able to be recharged.

Adapter was fine. The original one was flimsy and the metal bent easily causing a short. Apparently my computer suffered. Battery doesn't kick in to charge. Power adapter is better built and doesn't slip out. Thanks.

It fit my sons computer and looks more durable than the original that came with the computer
