Awful, stopped working within 3 weeks
Bought as a direct replacement for my previous aerocinno as amazon delivery times were significantly quicker than nespresso themselves...I now sorely regret my decision as it will be awkward to arrange the return of this item given the limited opening hours of my local post office (obviously down to the pandemic). Awful, stopped working within 3 weeks of receiving the item, disappointing. I’ve now ordered a replacement from nespresso direct as I’ve had a very poor experience with this.

Replace the one that was one broken. .
I replaced new one 5 of November 2024. It work well until this morning.19 Jan.2025. New one broken dawn this morning to. Now hussle of contacting Amazon.get the return form.Find somebody to printed for me.Packaged take to post office 3 mile away. 80 years old senior citizen with poor health . How easy is that?

'Easy to use , less fuss' .. I wrote that comment less than a year ago .. and suddenly it just stopped working ..so, wow, lots of money and bad function .. hmm

The product has a European plug so I’d avoid buying it for use with UK plugs
