Brewing Instructions for 1 serving : Thai traditional brewing style : fill 4 teaspoons (8-10g.) of tea in a cloth filter bag, pour 150-210ml.(5-7Oz.) boiling water, brew it for 1-2 minutes or once the tea turns dark blue then strain the tea, it’s ready to make into any tea drink of your choice. Espresso Machine : fill 4 teaspoons(8-10g.) of tea in espresso basket press the water 1oz. then allow to steep 10seconds and repeat 2-3 times to get the tea extraction total 3-4Oz. Using Pour Over or Drip method : fill 4 teaspoons(8-10g.) of tea in the dripper. We recommend wetting the filter with hot water and then put in the tea and pour over the boiling water 2-3 times every 2 Oz. to allow short extraction time inbetween. *Coarse mesh strainer is not recommended to use for Thai tea because it can not collect fine pieces of tea. **Avoid over extraction time in order to get beautiful blue tone. Otherwise, the long extraction time, the tea will turn to green tone due to more yellow tone combine with blue. Mixing instructions : 1. To make Blue Moon Pastel Milk Tea Thai Iced Tea, mix 1oz. of sweetened condensed milk with 2-3oz. of fresh milk or half-half milk according to preference, pour milk mixture over ice, then pour the tea slowly over ice after milk mixture to get beautiful layer. 2. To make a Lemon Thai Tea, mix the tea with 20-30 ml. of sugar syrup according to taste, pour over ice, then add 1-2 teaspoon of lemon juice and decorate with piece of lemon slice. The tea will turn to a violet color once the lemon juice is added.
